iTunes Rental Library

[Read more letters about this article: Here]Yes, the selections are a paucity, and those that are there are...well...not the best. But having rented movies from iTunes through my now-enhanced Apple TV, I can say that it is a wonderful thing. The HD version of each is slightly more expensive than Blockbuster, but I have 30 days to watch, and once I start, I have 24 hours. Cool beans. The regular version of each movie is a good buck below the Blockbuster rental price. And when I don't get in my car, drive to the Blockbuster to return it, and get a nagging phone call when I'm late? Who needs that?
Apple is the best hardware/software/multimedia company on the planet. Cut them a little slack, okay? They're not perfect, but go to Bill Gates' world and compare. NO contest, my friends. If corporate America adopted the Apple computer standard, Microsoft would be trading in the pink sheets at $1.00 a share.
Hang on for Apple....Steve Jobs: you're doing great. Just get your mojo working on Apple rentals, okay?
