Pathetic
[Read the article: My last word (for now) on sexism]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]The longest lived white people in America, white women, are the most privileged class in this country.
Sexism??? Get real, Joan. Nancy Pelosi is a far more left wing female politician than HRC, but if she were running, I'd vote for her. She has far more in the leadership department than HRC.
Wake up - it isn't a tea party, it's a political campaign, and no matter how many lies HRC gets caught for, you apologists will keep whining.

The harshness
[Read the article: The mommy wars rage on]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]and rigidity of feminist dogma. Right there, in the above post.
Entitlement, ideology and hardcore social engineering where both men and women are concerned.
Andrea Dworkin is dead, and when McKinnon and the other sad crew of doctrinaire feminists are dead and gone as well, the world will be a freer and better place.
Stop telling people how to live their lives and raise their children. Stop it. Now.

@fnwtevr
[Read the article: The mommy wars rage on]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Not only have I read her work, I heard her speak several times during my undergrad education at the University of Michigan, where she is, unfortunately, still a professor in the law school.
Her naked hatred of half of humanity is appalling.
She is a man-hating bigot, and she does not belong on any campus.

@Leandra Nolting
[Read the article: Act like a man (who knows what that means)!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]The last time I checked, 41% of births in the US were to unmarried women.
Hardly a ringing female endorsement for the traditional family arrangement.

Correction
[Read the article: Act like a man (who knows what that means)!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]45%, not 41%

@leandra nolting
[Read the article: Act like a man (who knows what that means)!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Women initiate 70% of all divorces. So far I haven't seen any statistics to back up your emotional assertions.
Laurel962 seems to like the emotional content, though. Typical fact-free feminist opinions, laurel. The next time I see an asinine feminist like yourself post, I'll point out the inability to deal with numbers - a common trait of online feminists.

@leandra nolting
[Read the article: Act like a man (who knows what that means)!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]59% is "most", but far from a compellingly large margin, especially when you look at subgroups withing the total female population.
Among African Americans, for instance, 70% of births are outside of marriage.

Anon Too
[Read the article: Attack of the "freemales"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]None of the studies addressing men's supposed "marital happiness" address the risks and downside of divorce for men.
Given the bias in family court against men, with concomitant anti-male custody and financial decisions, men suffer greatly in divorce, psychologically and physically.
The lack of those data in the studies you cite is a glaring error, and I suspect that if those data were included, the risk and downside of divorce (the majority of which is initiated by women, especially in states where joint custody legislation is not in place) far outweighs the minimal benefits of marriage for men.

Vagina dome
[Read the article: Beyond Vagina-dome]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]A big vagina.
'Nuff said. The fall of the American Empire is nigh.

A Documentary about lesbian rape - when will we see this in "Women's Studies" classes??

Bisphenol A was designed originally as a synthetic estrogen
[Read the article: The bisphenol A blues]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Aleksander Dianin invented the compound in the 1890s, as part of a search for synthetic estrogen analogs. Sounds like something to avoid to me.
In animal studies at 10 microg/k/d, it induces insulin resistance in rats. It can pass through the placenta from the mother's bloodstream to the fetus (http://humrep.oxfordjournals.org/cgi/content/abstract/17/11/2839)

Hahaha
[Read the article: "There needs to be a citizens revolt"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]On her website she speaks proudly of her Communist grandparents.
I like the corporate ad before the video, which goes with the corporate banner at the top of the page, the Salon Premium subscription button below that and the GM ad button below that.
Also like the DTC pharmaceutical ad on the right side of the page and the Fox DVD ad above that.
Funny.

Hope she gets sued for libel
[Read the article: "Why do these men want to coach little girls?" ]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Jennifer Sey makes unwarranted accusations of child abuse, and people are praising her interview.
Hope she gets sued. Wake up, morons.

Scary
[Read the article: What Pennsylvania tells us]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]The candidate that sat on the Walmart board, the one who voted for the war in Iraq and who is now making noise about bombing Iran. The same one who lied about what happened in Northern Ireland and Tuzla. The same one who takes credit for a spouse's time in office and calls being the First Spouse "experience".
C'mon. Menopausal women will vote for anyone who comes from their demographic, regardless of how repugnant that candidate's platform or mendacity are.
Scary and sad.
-
Wow
[Read the article: Strangers on a train ... under arrest?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]As many female writers here have indicated, men need to be controlled, and punished by new laws that will impose punishment on a man for actions he might undertake.
Staring = pre-crime rape.
Now that the Violence Against Women Act is in place, anyone detained by federal authorities is required to submit a DNA sample to law enforcement - another pre-crime measure feminists have taken care of.
Excellent.
Thank you for restricting my civil rights, completely in line with our current administration's approach to law and order.
Now if Hillary wins the presidency, Walmart will have a direct line to the White House and the Iranians can look forward to our bombing them if they so much as look askance at the Israelis.

Hey
[Read the article: Strangers on a train ... under arrest?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]How about getting up and moving to another seat, like I used to do just about every day commuting on the N train?
No, better to define the "hate stare" as a crime.
Hey, remember how we have one of the largest incarcerated populations on earth? No worries, though, they're only mostly men, so they must be guilty of something.
