Idiotic

"I don't want to diminish what they did; it was a violation against those girls that might have been seriously traumatic. It's also deserving of serious punishment. But should they really serve prison time or spend the rest of their lives listed on a sex offender registry?"

"Seriously traumatic"? The original story on this issue in the Oregonian cited the fact that both boys and girls participated in this behavior. Ms. Clark-Flory, if your commentary is accurate, why weren't the girls cited for the same behavior?

The Duke lacrosse case was just the beginning. Look for more bigoted feminist "legal activity" in the future. I hope these poor boys' parents have the budget to pay for legal representation, otherwise their lives are over.

Define "suffering more"

"According to one report, women are already suffering most from the conflict between Pakistan and India; many of their husbands are dead or missing, and they have been checking into hospitals for post-traumatic stress and mental disorders at record rates."

One could reasonably argue that the men who are dead or missing are presumably worse off than women hospitalized for PTSD and mental disorders.

But since the former category consists only of men, and the latter women, I can see how a feminist could devalue male life when compared to female mental well-being. After all, that kind of calculus is used all the time.

No, not angry

Just another day in the feminist newspeak media gulag, that's all...

StJoe is right

How sad and embarrassing for her children!

Nifonged

I wonder if the local DA is up for election or is looking for a donation from an aggrieved feminist group.

Zoe716 Said it all

There is more to raising children than taking care of them when they are infants. Seeing one's children mature into young adults can be very satisfying.

Who cares if it is politically incorrect in this era of ZPG and puritanical anti-feminine feminism? It is fun.

Then again

If one of their female teachers molests them she will likely get parole or a reduced sentence. When is grabbing someone on the butt worse than child molestation?

When the former is done by a boy and the latter done by a women.

Where is the "village" to teach these women that they do not have free reign over boys' bodies?

It's all fair game

People are writing about Fred Thompson's age and his "trophy wife". About John Edwards' estate/humble home. About Barack Obama's skin color.

Toughen up, feministas. Welcome to the world of equality.

Thanks

Thanks for your pseudo-scientific burble, Xavier. Now please go back to your time machine and set it to Boston University, 1975.

The Women's Studies group at Boston College is waiting for you to return, but you still can't get into any of Mary Daly's seminars because you are a filthy, subhuman man.

So much for feminism!

Boxing is dangerous

Robert Franklin is right - this is absolutely ludicrous.
