The Wait's Over!
Actually, for open-minded people who'd rather read than spin, it never began. You needn't be Margaret Mead to know that all cultures harbor individuals who abuse drugs a/o are troublemakers. The point is that few governments actively subsidize and promote future generations of such miscreants as ours does, all in the name of a horribly misguided misconception of "social justice."
