"Ninja"

What began as Brian Chippendale's sixth-grade project about a sneaky fighter is now a huge, gloriously chaotic graphic novel.

Well, I like Lightning Bolt...

So I guess that means I'll like Ninja. But I probably won't admit liking *either* to my friends ;)

Now that's what I call REAL ULTIMATE POWER!!!

Great article, but I wish you'd explored the question of why ninjas (more specifically, their over-stereotyped, blatantly exagerrated fictional personas), of all things, have gained such semi-ironic popularity in recent years. See: Real Ultimate Power; White Ninja comics; Dr. McNinja; Ninjas vs. Pirates; etc.

Has anyone read the Real Ultimate Power book? I'm not kidding when I say it's an amazing and well-crafted work of satire that goes far beyond the surface-level humor of the website.
