A look at how radicalism has forced the Republican Party to retreat.

A retreat, perhaps to regroup, but hardly an 'implosion'.

The Republicans have gotten just about everything they wanted from their radical agenda except permanent party control of the government. And thanks to the Republicans in the Democratic party they've gotten away clean with virtually all their heinous crimes and have practically assured control of the government by the corporatist radical right of both parties.

Their criminality has cost Republicans a few seats in Congress and an all-time low approval rating. Which is hardly any cost at all, since they have right-wing Democrats taking up the slack for them.

Impending Republican implosion? I don't see it.

The Democratic implosion has already occurred. Why not address that instead?
