I can not believe these professional pundits claiming Palin “held her own” and it was a “spirited debate”. What a load of horsesh*t, Palin did not debate Biden. Senator Biden came for a debate; Governor Palin read off note cards prepared by some one else and was so canned it was laughable. She was as natural (100% rehearsed) and folksy (proud to be ignorant) as a 40-year-old re-run of “Hee-Haw”.

Harry Reid as Majority leader in the Senate has been like having Beaver Cleaver fighting Al Capone. Weak as tea Harry and his sore throat oratories are from the theater of the absurd. Mr. Reid never met a republican he wouldn’t bow and scrape to.

I think Mr. King could be overcompensating for having what might be called a strikingly odd appearance, an oversized nose and two very dissimilarly focused eyes. When he appears as a newsreader on CNN I can never tell what he’s looking at unless he turns his head to one side.
