3. Obama's so-called stumbles: the guy's not even prez yet, give him a chance to prove himself. My tip is he will fail because history is not on his side. Will he prevent the coming depression? Here's an idea: if Israeli-fascist insanos want Obama to stop "interfering" in Israeli affairs, then stop accepting aid from the US. I suggest Obama stop supplying Israel WMD, imediately, starting with fighter jets and spare parts. The only interference from the US should be to impose a total embargo on Israel until the Zionist State comes to its senses and abides by UN resolutions leading toward a settlement with Palestine. Are movies responsible for the astounding belief in angels in America? I prefer to think that there are deep-seated, old historical reasons way beyond current popular culture to explain scientific (and artistic, which is the same thing)ignorance across the USA.

The great Mark Twain, Ambrose Bierce, and other wits of the 19th century should be compulsory reading, starting in high school, to help the young navigate away from the maelstrom of rank stupidity which has drowned so many sectors of society beside science, like the financial sector.
