Original article: Iran tackles summertime sin

Hey, Reality-based Lefty

Nicely said! :-)

Perfect for the open road ...

Once went on a week-long motorcycle tour with a buddy. Biggest planning debate we had was on the number of required pairs of underwear: I was going with 4, he said 10. I almost revoked his Harley keys when I heard that. This resolves the issue ....

Original article: My marriage was a mistake

Leave, but pay the bill.

Set the poor bastard free. But don't you dare take one damn dime of his money. This is your fault, and you pay for it.

"Like most Canadians ...."

"Like most Canadians ...."

Translation - "Like most knee-jerk anti-American dickheads sitting in my echo chamber, I assume everyone agrees with me ..."

Signed,

An embarrassed Canadian

Ummmmm ...

.... that answer is above my paygrade.

Now there's someone ready to be President.

Top executives negotiate their own salaries ...

if those women are being paid less than men on average they have no one to blame but themselves.

Original article: No undie Sunday!

CeliaInSF

It would be hilarious if women showed up with their dirty undies .... but not in the way you're thinking it would be.

The interesting thing ..

"Overall, they found that women made most of the decisions in 43 percent of couples, men made most of them in 26 percent, and the decisions were shared equally by 31 percent. But here's the interesting thing..."

Why do I get the feeling that if the numbers 43 and 26 above were reversed, that would be the interesting thing around here ...?

Original article: Palin is no Everywoman

"If she were a man, would she have even been considered for the nomination, given her credentials?"

If she was black, apparently so.

The Future of America

"If current trends continue, they may turn other parts of the country as blue as they just turned New Mexico."

It's also going to turn those parts of the country Mexican.

Is that what you want?

Let me get this straight ...

California's financial problems have nothing to do with how much money they are spending and on what ... just with the inability of their current government to borrow from/tax their citizens to whatever degree they feel necessary to cover those costs??

Original article: Damaged goods

This might explain why Bans' boyfriend wouldn't sleep with her without a condom, even though she was on the pill, eight months into their relationship.

I'll tell you why he was wearing a condom: because he didn't want to be one of those poor suckers who end up supporting a child they didn't want because their girlfriend "forgot" to take her pill.

Original article: "Obsessed"

-- david-smith

Come on david smith, you know what I'm talking about; I'm talking about you. You and the rest of the "progressive" hypocrites who think lines about kicking some skinny white bitch's ass are acceptable - funny even - while lines about a black bitch are grossly offside. Why didn't you, like the later commentator, suggest that the writer was just as much of an asshole as me? Because you're a hypocrite david smith, and that was the (admittedly poorly executed) point of my post.

Beg to differ ....

"A good woman jumped by a gun-wielding stranger is one thing, but a woman who merely claims she didn't consent to sex, well, that's a different story! Except it's not."

Except it is.

There are plenty of stories of women who claimed they "failed to consent" that turned out to be bullshit; Duke et al. I don't know of any accusations where a gun was involved that turned out to be baloney.

As for the woman's accusation; she says the hotel wasn't careful enough (and that she wants a big pile of money as a result), they're saying she wasn't. Can't say I see a huge difference.
