but as far as the assassination of jay eff kay *NOT* being a defining moment of amerikan his story, well, whacked out again, i see... *WHATEVER* a person's take on the assassination theories, etc; it most definitely WAS a defining moment of great importance for many reasons...

further, IF a person believes -as many do so suspect- that various power elite factions WERE involved in his murder (as MUCH circumstantial evidence points to), THEN it is not only one of many defining moments, but arguably THE defining moment of thisy here democrazy...

A. NO ONE of serious standing believes the warren commission's 'investigation' and subsequent volumes addressed MANY (if not most) of the 'non-fitting' facts, eyewitnesses, and -most importantly- the context of how/why jay eff kay was murdered;

B. NOT ONLY was the commish stacked with power elite playas with a stake in protecting the status quo and NOT uncovering ANY deep political machinations, but also, a number of them were outright political adversaries (if not personal enemies) of the kennedys (starting with ell bee jay);

C. the provenance and whereabouts of the infamous mannlicher-carcano is more murky and unsubstantiated than senor grant evidently knows; let's just say it isn't the slamdunk he makes it out to be, but is hardly of primary importance in the list of, um, anomalies in this case;

D. the KNOWN and CONFIRMED evidence TAMPERING, loss of evidence, changing of testimony/affadavits, and the torturing of evidence to FORCE it to fit contrived theories (eg magic bullet), makes a rational person have doubts; (a rational person, i said)

E. the paraffin tests done on ozzie were both inconclusive in their results (his hands tested 'positive', but his face didn't, kind of odd for a rifle shooting...), and suspect in their execution... (again, a RECURRING theme throughout the whole kennedy case...)

F. so, ARE YOU saying hunt is making all this shit up now ? ARE YOU saying kennedy/talbot are making all this shit up now ? ARE YOU saying ruby WASN'T mobbed up ? ARE YOU saying ozzie's 'defection' (*cough*cough*), subsequent repatriation, and MANY OTHER anomalous matters throughout his relatively young life, had simply no other possible connections to this case ? (if anything, even a cursory look at his approx 25 years of life would show that he was no loner, and not really nutty...)

don't believe the propaganda victims, kampers; there are power elite fingerprints all over the jay eff kay case...

the funny part is (you know how wacky censors are), i don't know which portion of that posting was the -you know- offensive part...
