Original article: Biracial, but not like me

obama, schmobama...

prescript: no, i'm not a hillary shillary (despise the clitons as dlc puppetmasters, out-rethugging the rethugs), and pretty much have nothing but disgust for the dem'rats (you know, the oppostion party, hhh) in general...

1. ain't no such thing as 'race', it is all in our minds...

2. i have NO idea of the particulars, but obama's hero jay eff kay 'wrote' his pulitzer prize winner with a teeny bit of *ahem* 'help'... (i'm just sayin'...)

3. i do not discount 'inspirational leadership', but i also think it is WAY overplayed in terms of its usefulness and value to a president/country... witness ronnie raygun, and even king george II was all about his 'leadership', not his 'smarts' or gummint experience, or international saavy/statecraft...

4. gary hearts obama, cute...

5. to the 'anonymous' bashers out there: SHUT THE FUCK UP! writing anonymously is not only valid, useful, often prudent, and sometimes necessary, but it also has ZERO bearing on whatever ideas or issues are being discussed... suck it up and respond to valid criticisms and points, don't just jump up and down and scream 'cowardly anonymous we won't talk to the likes of *you*' *sneer*... fuckin' pussies...

6. there is NOTHING in the political his story and record of obama that suggests he will repudiate the power elite's agenda...

7. in spite of spitting obamaistas, there ARE a number of fishy deals with his ethics-challenged buddy, resko... to ignore such issues is blind devotion and hero-worship gone wild... get the stars out of your eyes, obamaites...

8. please tell me the brave and LOUD stands he has taken in the senate to oppose the gutting of the constitution and bill of rights through the pat riot act, eliminating habeus corpus, etc ? ? ? how about how bulldog-like and annoyingly loud and insistent he's been concerning illegal spying, torture, gitmo, eye-raq, eye-ran, pipelinestan, telecom immunity, etc, etc, etc...

sure, c'mon, fill in the blank with obama's 'relaxing', hyper-humanity, super-duper kumbaya rhetoric where he vows to rollback all these horrors...

_______________ <---(this space left intentionally blank)

9. *what* has he said about eye-ran again ? ? ?

10. i will assume he is a genuine pol (which is something in itself), and that he means well, and intends to play the game to mollify the power elites while getting an extra crust of bread for the downtrodden...

however, i don't think for ONE NANOSECOND he has ANY INTENTION of toppling the system of kapitalist imperialism as needs to happen to save this country, if not the planet...

he's a feelgood, dogooder bandaid on the slashed throat of a planet bleeding out...

come the revolution, compromisers will be rejected...

major thanks to omelette...

as usual, succinctly making the case against The Bastards! (tm)...

hee hee hee

in this case, it is yet another indictment against 'our' (sic) mainstream media who SHOULD HAVE held up these very citations of international law whenever king georgie or his evil minions of doom would attempt to 'normalize' and diminish torture/etc...

ho ho ho

no, it takes an unknown, unserious person of no account (no offense, omelette, you know what i mean) to state the obvious points which any fascist prick SHOULD have to answer for from a loud and insistent media firestorm...

ha ha ha

but this -like the slew of other appalling aconstitutional horrors- just goes clicking by like telephone poles outside the car window...

ak ak ak

you'd think the media mavens could pick up on at least ONE of the outrages of the week as the clip by...

come the revolution, the media will be us...

Original article: Today

brother paine knew the score...

"O! ye that love mankind! Ye that dare oppose, not only tyranny, but the tyrant, stand forth! Every spot of the old world is overrun with oppression. Freedom hath been haunted round the globe. Asia, and Africa, had long expelled her. Europe regards her like a stranger, and England hath given her warning to depart. O! receive the fugitive, and prepare in time an asylum for mankind."

-Thomas Paine

you will violate the anti-tourism laws if you read this...

The cause of America is, in a great measure, the cause of all mankind. Many circumstances have, and will arise, which are not local, but universal, and through which the principles of all lovers of mankind are affected, and in the event of which, their affections are interested. The laying a country desolate with fire and sword, declaring war against the natural rights of all mankind, and extirpating the defenders thereof from the face of the earth, is the concern of every man to whom nature hath given the power of feeling; of which class, regardless of party censure, is The Author.

between hope and despair...

...there is action ! ! !

hee hee hee

*in spite* of the certain knowledge that kongresskritters are BOTH uninformed AND craven panderers to corporate interests (not to mention pantsload patriots), i performed my civic (and civil! do you believe it?) duty (doody?), and faxed the *theoretically* possible senatorial converts to denying telecom immunity...

ho ho ho

i'd repost the text of my missive, but that would make der faderland insekurity droids work too easy...

ha ha ha

*however*, i'm still sharpening my pitchfork ! ! !

ak ak ak

(full disclosure: i don't actually own a pitchfork, but i *do* have a turning fork that i could sharpen enough to put a dent in even the fattest of fat cat butts ! ! !

i also know how to tie a noose (learned that in boy sprouts)...

hee hee hee

(love your jefferson quote, by the by...)

ho ho ho

paul daniel ashes to ashes we all fall down, was just too funny in using the profane/putdown mode to prove how he was much mo' civlizeder than you...

ha ha ha

just as an aside, so-called 'civility' IS USED BY THE STATUS QUO BELIEVERS to keep the riff-raff out of public discourse...

ak ak ak

'cause, you know, if only we had been mo' politer to the british, we wouldn't have had to revolt...

sure sure sure

yep, The Most Civilizedest Civil Civilization EVER ! ! !
