IF the ignorati knew much about the his story of drugs in amerika, they'd know that the reasons *these* drugs are made 'illegal', and *those* drugs are not, has to do NOT with any public health bullshit, or protecting stupid sheeple from themeselves, but EVERYTHING to do with prejudice, xenophobia, crusading persecutors making a name for themselves, and coddling extant drug industries and their profits...

4. what to say about the REALLY delusional anon posters who went on at length about how it is only, like, 1% of any drug-users who amount to anything, and all the rest are waiting in the dark alley outside your home to rape your babies and eat your puppies... wow... you guys are something... (now i know where Big Daddy's hardcore 25% approval comes from)

virtually EVERYONE i know uses drugs (usually pot); they are ALL 'normal' people in society: doctors, dentists, teachers, coaches, head of a giant hospital's security, contractors, pilots, etc... and -oh my god!!!- they are living right next door to you, anonymous, and you don't even know it!!!

(they've probably already picked up on your karma, and sense you are an asshole, so they ain't sharing a doobie over the back fence with YOU, dickhead... )

5. much as i hate to use myself as a posterboy for drug use, i have smoked pot multiple times per day for the last 30+ years... and -while i'm not president (we should be so lucky)- i have lived a productive and enjoyable life, full of activities, hobbies, and family and friends... EVERYONE who meets me and gets to know me is surprised that i'm a -you know- evil doper; i look 20-30 years younger than i am; i'm in excellent health, i pay all my bills, my dogs love me, and my wife tolerates me... that's about as much as you can ask out of life; and it has been ENHANCED and made more PLEASUREABLE by the kind ministrations of cannabis...

6. of course, the REAL DANGER of drug use, is NOT the drugs/high themselves, but SOCIETY's scapegoating, overreaction, and criminalizing what should be a personal choice... NO ONE dies from pot smoking, they die from kops kicking their doors down and shooting the dirty dopers... prohibition spurs illegal, criminal, and violent activity, it does NOT prevent it...

of course, the pure neo-puritans do know that 'legal' prescription drugs used abusively (and even as intended) KILL THOUSANDS of times (repeat, not thousands, but THOUSANDS OF TIMES)as many people as ALL ILLEGAL DRUGS COMBINED... (and i'm not even including alcohol and tobacco in this equation)

yet, HOW MANY of you blithering idiots get hot and bothered about that fact ? ? ? anyone ? ? ? no, i thought not; the lot of you are sancitmonious phonies who just want to FORCE people to think/behave like you do... fuck you...

7. a side issue i find highly amusing in its demonstration of the rank hypocrisy, chickenshitedness, and despicable lecturing of know-nothings, is that -like cussing- saloonists will write hundreds of posts on this obscure (compared to the mainstream media) blog about drugs (or cussin'), but they DARE not lift a pinkie to criticize mainstream sources of such -to them- unacceptable behaviors...

i frequently use the daily show/colbert report as the means of PROVING this, since a high percentage of saloonists either watch or approve of those shows... they curse on those shows, do you get in a lather ? ? ? or do you run to salon to post a screed that only a relative handful of people will EVER see...

they 'glamorize' drug use on those shows; HOW MANY letters have you sent to commie central over their horrible actions ? ? ?
