Dignity resonates.
I count myself very fortunate to have seen the Adventures of Mark Twain a couple of times when I was a kid.
It is a claymation meditation on the tension between religion, history, and mortality.
It was banished from distribution for nearly two decades, imho mostly because of the nightmarish Mysterious Stranger scene.
At age 6, it greatly amplified my incipient cynicism and gave me a little scoot along the secular humanist roller coaster.
