Um, did you actually resort to quoting a convicted politician from his JAIL CELL attacking Sarah Palin? Do you see how pathetic that is? Then there's Andy Halcro, charter case file for Palin Derangement Syndrome?
Palin makes enemies of corrupt and obstructionist political hacks - and this is supposed to make me think she is "mean?" These are the people we need to stop in this country - and the fact that she started with the Republican version is even more breathtaking.
By comparison, not a single corrupt Chicago party hack on the Democrat side has ever had a negative word for Obama. Now there's a trailblazer of change for you.
Well, you certainly convinced me. Palin is exactly what this country needs right now!
I'm a middle class independent who does not want the Government to have any role in health care or insurance, except to free me up to choose whom I wish to buy it from. Personally, the Wyman bill sounds the best to me, but I can fully acknowledge that others firmly believe in different plans, from single payer to "the public option" and so on. Why must the Left refuse to accept that people like me exist? I'm not faking this, nor am I some corporate stooge.
I don't challenge the Canadian love of their system, nor the British of theirs or any others. But even knowing their satisfaction, I know I would still never choose to live in those systems. It's not some irrational uninformed ranting either. I would just rather have more choice even if if means more risk to me and my family, than having more "peace of mind" that I will always be covered, but only with a government run option/alternative.
You don't have to agree with my preferences, but we all want different things in life. We all have different tolerance for risk and different need to balance freedom with security. Why are these differences so unfathomable to the left? Why do you refuse to believe I am real?
