"We all know the type. Ugly face, so-so body, not someone who can attract men otherwise. Tries to get by the easy way by being "provocative"." -- captcrisis

"...the male is...obsessed with screwing; he'll swim through a river of snot, wade nostril-deep through a mile of vomit, if he thinks there'll be a friendly pussy awaiting him. He'll screw a woman he despises, any snaggle-toothed hag, and furthermore, pay for the opportunity." ~Valerie Solanas

Come off it, capt, you know you'd hit it in a heartbeat.

Your venomous and bile spewing comment is so obviously personal - first in line, too, I noted - that whatever creditability you might have had goes right out the window.

Yeah, she is a hawty, but she's also a law professor at Yale and has two books out. What have you done lately, besides misspelling 'chearleader'?

"In some respects, science has far surpassed religion in delivering awe. How is it that hardly any major religion has looked at science and concluded; "This is better than we thought! The universe is much bigger than our prophets said - grander, more subtle, more elegant. God must be even greater than we dreamed"? Instead they say, "No, no, no! My god is a little god, and I want him to stay that way!" A religion, old or new, that stressed the magnificence of the universe as revealed by modern science might be able to draw forth reserves of reverence and awe hardly tapped by conventional faiths. Sooner or later, such a religion will emerge." ~Carl Sagan

All the arguing back and forth is still within the context of that pernicious old bastard Yahweh...and Muslims can protest all they want; Allah IS Yahweh, aka The Lord. Until the discussion moves beyond the paradigm of a Bronze Age Desert Nomad God, it will all be so much wank.

The Repug attack that ended with Bush v. Gore started with The Whitewater Investigation...which, after four years and $65 million, found nothing.

It was the same SCOTUS that allowed a civil suit [Jones v. Clinton] against a sitting president to proceed counter to all precedent. That is what led us to The Blue Dress, a petty Impeachment, and, among other things, Gore's loss of his home state.

Basically, we're all fucked. When we leave, there will be a bloodletting. But if we stay, our economy will utterly tank - with all the chaos that implies - and we'll have to leave anyway.

I remember a statement made by Cokey Roberts on one of the Sunday morning talking head shows back during Monicagate. The topic was Bubba's sex life [of course] and she said, in a "C'mon, guys" tone, that there were three or four professional BSDM Dungeons operating in DC at that very moment.

The three other talking heads [all white males btw] got very quiet and then ignored her statement.
