I suspect that this 'Sullivan' fella is just another Repug Internet jackal. The smug Know Nothing pathology of his posts screams 'party line'. Howl, little jackal. Your time is almost up.

I find it both sad and amusing how parochial most of the comments are. The future is always somewhat scary because it means change and the unknown. Most of us are already obsolete. Deal with it.

I would like to know haw many 'imperfect children' the sanctimonious rtf100 has adopted. Not a one, I suspect.

Keep in mind, Walter, the one of the very first things the Nation Guard and Blackwater mercs did in post Katrina NOLA was to disarm law abiding citizens. This piece could make one wonder if you're a Bushanista mole.

Any faith that requires its ordinary non-clerical practitioners to wear a uniform is inherently fascistic. Period.

She's at the top of her form, both professionally and personally and we can be certain that she's not posing for free. It's called 'making hay while the sun shines'. Such is the nature of capitalism and she'd be a fool not to cash in while she can.

That said, yes, we live in Patriarchy and women are still 'less than' and 'chattel' in numerous subtle and not so subtle ways. Capitalism is part of that. The defensiveness of many women about how Ms. Bread et al are 'exploiting' their own bodies stems from that, and that attitude is self defeating in my not so humble opinion. But then, for women in Patriarchy, you're pretty much damned if you do and damned if you don't.

Of course, the only way to truly end Patriarchy is to end The Male, but I doubt anybody here wants to deal with that paradigm.

    ...trapped in fat man's body.

The afore mentioned capacity for male submissiveness [that] seems almost unlimited is certainly part of the process, and The End of The Male has to be a Process, not an Event, so all the blather about a cheery little conversation about genocide, openly musing about your own little Final Solution is just so much hysterical castration fear. Nature seems to be slowly reducing male births vis-a-vis female births each year anyway, so the trend seems organic. Why not give it a bit of a push?

What I am talking about is a subset of Transhumanism, a topic already jam packed with 'hot button issues', so what's one more, eh? And if in a few generations the population will be overwhelmingly female, no worries. The new sperm from bone marrow process as used by females would produce only daughters anyway and egg-to-egg fertilization in humans – also purely daughter producing - is just a mere decade or so away.

There are technologies that hold promise for male childbearing. We shall see how many men opt for that, he said with a smirk. The reliable Uterine Replicator – complete in vitro birth from beginning to end - is a bit further down the road, end of century maybe.

    Oh, Brave New World...lol

I wonder how Broodsheet [what an exquisitely Freudian typo] would take to a blog discussion of the elimination of women as a way of improving the world?

Such a discussion is highly unlikely to take place. I mean, who's going to start it? I have not yet encountered any gay men quite that misogynistic. And straight men sure ain't going to wish to rid themselves of women because then they'd have to become either celibate or queer. [I suspect most of them would 'ben dover' *snicker*]

So the question [really a statement in disguise] is, not to put too fine a point upon it, bullshit. It is still 'a Man's World' – fiercely so - and speculating upon the demise of an oppressor is a time honored tradition.

As for truely insane whackos , [redundant much?] is that supposed to be an argument of some kind? Sounds like lazy adolescent web noise to me. At least E-Nony-Mouse made a stab – albeit a weak one- at some manner of rhetoric.

  • Yes, you have. His name is Ben Dover.

I stand corrected..though in this case, maybe it would be safer to sit.

the vast majority of women like men if even a tiny minority don't and act on it by having only girls it will change everything

Okay, that sentence is clearly missing something...

  • Haters

[Read the article: Like my breast stroke? What about my breasts?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

the vast majority of women like men & vice-a-versa. Sexual attraction does not always mean 'like'. I've met plenty of women who like cock, but hate men.

(& yes, if you like to speculate about the elimination of 50% of the population based upon gender--or you can't find a single representative of a gender acceptable--you are a hater)

It is not about 'single representatives', it is about my gender as a whole. Not too many women starting wars or doing honor killings or forcing their laws on men's bodies and so on and so forth. This is Man's Work. Sure, you can find examples of women being monstrous, but you have to look for them. With men, just open a history book or a newspaper and the examples fall right out by the dozen.

Calling me a 'hater' in this context merely reveals you to be a sophist.
