@ ljwalker53 -- You're right, she lied. It's that simple.
[Read the article: How the long primary battle helps Democrats]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]"I'm not going to apologize for this comment. She lied. It's that simple."
I guess that says it all. Lighten up on the vitriol, will ya? I'm no fan of Dick Morris either. But when you're right, you're right. Hillary's "experience" is greatly exaggerated. And if being married to a president for eight years qualifies as such, I guess she should be running against Laura Bush.

The world according to Joan: "She (Hillary) remembered that she disremembered."
[Read the article: Michelle Obama on "ignorant" America]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]My God, Joan, you're sounding more and more like John Kerry every day.
According to Joan: "Hillary didn't lie... It was only when she was confronted with the video that she remembered that she disremembered."
That is possibly the lamest excuse I've ever heard a grown-up sputter, with the possible exception of, "I did not inhale."
Honestly, Joan, you talk to your audience like we're a gathering of idiots.
And speaking of talking, I had to get that quote by suffering through your video, which actually makes waterboarding seem like an attractive alternative . Believe it or not, Joan, most of us come here to read. Not to watch your didactic on-camera sermons, complete with cheesy porn music underneath.
And another thing, Joan -- If Hillary needs to be confronted by a video in order to be convinced she didn't land under sniper fire in Bosnia, then what does that say about the dysfunction that must be rattling around in her head? How could you possibly consider her a competent Commander-in-chief?

That last post of mine...
[Read the article: Michelle Obama on "ignorant" America]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]...was meant in response to Walsh's "Hillary Clinton's Tough Week" article, not this one. Sorry, but I haven't had my coffee yet.

@ Rose Hann -- Dream on
[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's tough week]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]"Obama supporters are nervous because she still has a good chance if a re-vote is done in Michigan and Florida."
Sorry to break this to you, dear, but Hillary is not electable. If you can't do the math yourself, go to Slate's delegate calculator. They've updated it to include Michigan and Florida. Go to:
http://www.slate.com/features/delegatecounter/
and have a ball working the numbers.
The Hildabeast is dead. But she refuses to lie down. Which is delightful news for John McCain. Because day by day Hillary plods on, destroying the party and cackling about it.

Oh, happy days!
[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's tough week]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Won't it be wonderful when the Clinton psychodrama is finally behind us?
The "bridge to the past" has only begun to kindle, but it will be a marvelous sight indeed once it's totally ablaze... and the party can move on.
Happy days lie ahead. Whoops, did I just use the word "lie"?

odog11 -- I don't know about Al Gore being a racist, but his dad...
[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's tough week]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Al Gore Sr. voted against the landmark Civil Rights Act of 1964 and was unusually fond of using the "N" word. Al Jr. later lied and said his father supported that legislation. Gosh, there's that "lie" word again. Guess it kinda rubs off on you after eight years with Billary.

@ amoderate -- Your take on Hillary's 4-star Pinocchio is spot on!
[Read the article: Hillary Clinton's tough week]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Like you say -- it's one thing to "disremember" WHERE an incident took place, especially when you travel a lot. But to somehow "disremember" the fact that you were NEVER under sniper fire while running for cover with your daughter in tow -- now THAT's a whopper! Not to mention the fact that she repeated this delusion over and over for several months. It's absolutely psychotic!
Yeah, THAT'S what we need in the White House next year -- a dumpy, cackling psychotic in a pants suit and her albatross of a husband!

Here's an excerpt from Christopher Hitchens at Slate on Hillary's "flagrant, hysterical, repetitive, pathological" lie.
[Read the article: Why John Edwards hasn't endorsed Obama]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]You can read it in its entirety at:
http://www.slate.com/id/2187780/
"The punishment visited on Sen. Hillary Clinton for her flagrant, hysterical, repetitive, pathological lying about her visit to Bosnia should be much heavier than it has yet been and should be exacted for much more than just the lying itself. There are two kinds of deliberate and premeditated deceit, commonly known as suggestio falsi and suppressio veri. (Neither of them is covered by the additionally lying claim of having "misspoken.") The first involves what seems to be most obvious in the present case: the putting forward of a bogus or misleading account of events. But the second, and often the more serious, means that the liar in question has also attempted to bury or to obscure something that actually is true. Let us examine how Sen. Clinton has managed to commit both of these offenses to veracity and decency and how in doing so she has rivaled, if not indeed surpassed, the disbarred and perjured hack who is her husband and tutor."
-
Yes, Hitchens. Trust me on this one.
[Read the article: Why John Edwards hasn't endorsed Obama]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Like him or not, the article is devastating. But not at all in the way you'd expect. He comes at it from an entirely different direction -- totally unlike any I've heard thus far. And way more thoughtful. Again, you can read it at:
