@ prunes -- Is this an audience or an oil painting?

Jeeze, prunes, maybe you should take a walk down to the lost and found and see if you can find your sense of humor.

@ prunes -- Wow

You're a very angry man, prunes. Lighten up, you'll live longer. Maybe after you graduate.

@ Joan -- Who's REALLY "having it both ways" ???

"Obama's campaign has played the media and expectations game better than the Clinton campaign, succeeding in having it both ways, and leaving itself open to making whichever argument fits its circumstances best" -- Joan Walsh

I guess that's why Hillary, who has long supported the Democratic Party's decision not to seat Michigan and Florida delegates, is now trying to "have it both ways" by reversing her campaign's position on this matter. Could she have possibly come to realize that this newly-invented campaign position now "fits its circumstances best?"

Oh, yes, Joan. Oh, yes.

So in true Clintonian fashion, Billary is suddenly crying crocodile tears over "disenfranchisement" in Michigan and Florida -- in a transparent attempt to steal the nomination from Obama. And you say OBAMA is trying to have it both ways? Pah-leeze.

And just wait to the debacle over Superdelegates unravels. After Billary manipulates the vote at the convention to declare herself the nominee, there will be revolution. Your jaw will drop to the floor, Joan, as you witness Obama supporters booing and jeering the Hildabeast as she gives her acceptance speech. Delegates will walk out in droves. And the entire country will finally experience the full stench of the Billary machine.

"Now that's fair. Second Most Gets V.P.... Period."

I think not.

Why would Obama want a VP who represents the very bridge to the past he's been trying to burn down? Especially when it comes complete with her unamputable "better" half? The Clinton duo is precisely what Obama's campaign DOESN'T represent.

And why would the Hildabeast want a VP who will completely outshine her? Her ego simply would not allow it. Not to mention the fact that Obama wouldn't want to be part of a White House that already would have a VP in Bill Clinton.

Neither will happen.

Hillary/Obama vs. Obama/Hillary ticket -- Why neither will happen.

Why would Obama want a VP who represents the very bridge to the past he's been trying to scuttle? Especially when she brings with her that unguided missile she calls a husband. The Clinton psychodrama has no place in Obama's White House, in the VP spot or otherwise.

And why would the Hildabeast want a VP who will completely outshine her? Her ego simply would not allow someone as admired as Obama in the number two spot. He'd only accentuate her negatives. Not to mention the fact that Obama wouldn't want to be part of a Hillary White House that would already have an unofficial VP in Bill Clinton.

Matthews stole it from Hannity

Hannity has been asking surrogates running focus groups to ask the question: "Name one of Obama's accomplishments" live on his radio show for some time now. Matthews simply stole it from him. But Hannity's responses were much the same. Nobody had a good answer. In fact, the overwhelming majority was clueless. Which begs the question: If Obama puts away Hillary and wins the nomination, how long will it take the Republicans to reveal him as an empty vessel? I have a feeling by the time they're done with him, he'll be looking like Michael Dukakis, sticking his little head out of a tank to look strong on defense.

Joan tries to smear Obama after his big win!!!

Obama wins Wisconsin by 17% and Hawaii by 52% -- and Joan is busy digging up a non-story in an utterly transparent attempt to smear him on behalf of her beloved Hildabeast.

As the church lady used to say, "Isn't that special."

You missed the story completely, Joan (albeit on purpose).

It should've read:

HILLARY HANGING BY HER FINGERTIPS!

Joan: Don't you think Hillary's bait-and-switch "concession" speech last night would have made a much more interesting story?

Rather than trying to smear Obama the night after his huge win in Wisconsin and Hawaii, why not report on your favorite candidate's behavior right after she lost? Because when the networks cut to her in the space they had alloted for her concession speech, the Hildabeast seized upon the media's tradition of televising the runner-up's congratulatory address to bait-and-switch them into covering another attack against Obama instead. In fact, she never once mentioned the night’s results. The networks finally had to drop her in order to give airtime to the night’s winner.

You remember the winner, don't you, Joan? His name is Barack Obama. BTW, when WAS the last time your "classy" candidate actually congratulated him on a victory?
