Obviously, at this point in the debate, Obama was referring to the fact that sometimes he wonders whether he is running against Hillary or Bill. Or both of them. I think most folks would agree the answer is the later. It truly is "Two Against One" -- as Maureen Down editorialized today.
I think Obama should attack this phenomenon vociferously. He should be saying something like, "Take a good look at how Hillary and Bill are behaving right now, because it's a sneak preview of the horror show that lies ahead if they ever get back into the white House together.
1. Bill Clinton as paraphrased by the Washington Post on 10/17/91 Washington Post:
The Democratic presidential candidate (Clinton) who has tried to differentiate (himself) by tacking to the center on some key issues, said yesterday that former president Ronald Reagan’s defense buildup had hastened the collapse of Soviet communism. Breaking with the widespread position of liberals that Reagan’s military program had little to do with the Soviet system’s collapse, the candidate also praised Reagan’s "rhetoric in defense of freedom" and his role in "advancing the idea that communism could be rolled back." (Clinton) was careful to add that the Reagan military program included "a lot of wasted money and unnecessary expenditure." Still, (the candidate) said, Reagan deserved credit for "the idea that he wanted to stand up to (Communism)"
2. Bill Clinton Dedication of Reagan Library, 5/5/98]:
(I feel Reagan’s) unflagging optimism, his proud patriotism, his unabashed faith in the American people…. I am confident that we will again make the right choices for America, that we will take up where President Reagan left off — to lead freedom’s march boldly into the 21st century.
3. Hillary Clinton, quoted in Tom Brokaw’s book "Boom," page 404:
(Reagan was) a child of the Depression, so he understood (economic pressures on the working and middle class). When he had those big tax cuts and they went too far, he oversaw the largest tax increase. He could call the Soviet Union the Evil Empire and then negotiate arms-control agreements. He played the balance and the music beautifully.
PS: Hillary also lists her favorite presidents on her website: Washington, Adams, Jefferson, Lincoln, both Roosevelts, Truman, George H.W. Bush and Reagan.
The Clinton psychodrama continues...
Remember during the debate when Hillary said to Obama, "I was fighting against those ideas when you were practicing law and representing your contributor, Rezko, in his slum landlord business in inner city Chicago."
Well, a wonderful photo has emerged of Rezko flanked by the Clintons in a posed photo-op. Gee, you usually don't get to have your picture taken with the Clintons unless you make a contribution. Hmmm...
Clinton has responded to the photo, saying "I probably have taken hundreds of thousands of pictures. I don't know the man."
The story is still developing. Think perhaps Rezko contributed to Billary years ago? I wonder how the Clintons will wipe the slime off their faces this time. We'll see.

"The Clintons spent decades fighting for civil rights for all people... How can anyone not beleive the Clintons shouldn't feel hurt when blacks are mainly voting because of his skin color?"
How?
Because most politicians who fight for civil rights do it because it's a noble cause and the right thing to do. Bill and Hillary do it to amass power and appeal. They will say and do anything to get elected. And they will change nothing.
10. Nap in private.
9. Become a celebrity judge in the Miss Teen USA Pageant.
8. Put a whoppie cushion under Hillary’s Oval Office chair.
7. Wag his finger at the White House Chef for not taking snacktime seriously.
6. Teach young staffers how to smoke pot without inhaling.
5. Track down former first feline “Socks” and reinstate him.
4. Run a free dry cleaning service for interns, with blue-dress specials every Wednesday.
3. Contract a Caucasian strain of vitiligo and literally turn into first black president.
2. Become a contestant on “So You Think You Can Dance“ with Obama as the sole judge.
And the number one thing Bill Clinton can do to pass time in the White House is:
1. Sleep between every couple he rents out the Lincoln bedroom to.
the next thing I was planning to write is "The Top 10 Ways Hillary plans to keep Bill out of the Oval Office."
Unfortunately, the WGA has left some time on my hands.
