sexism, no doubt about it

Those saying, uh, it's not that we're against a woman as pres., it's that we are against Hillary forget that the same thing was said about Ferraro, candidate for VP.

There are relatively few women in the Congress or as governors of states, few when considered that women are close to 51% of the population.

If not Hillary, then Sen Boxer? Yeah, right. I can hear the hollers over that one: it's not because she's a woman, it's because she's so left, so strident (a sexist term if there ever were one.) It would be the same for any woman: it's not because she's a woman, no, no, no, no, not me, sexist! Those who say that protest too much.

$4.2million income, aunt in subsidized housing

What's disgraceful is not the immigration status, how could he know that?, but that his aunt has been living for years in subsidized housing in south Boston. He must have kept up with her since she attended his Senate inauguration --- and with his three years in Cambridge would certainly have recognized the general area/address. The Obamas' income last year was $4.2 million, about the same amount as Cindy McCain's.

It IS change

It IS change, change, that is, from the last 8 years. There was no need for Obama to reinvent the governing wheel, simply (ha!) undo the Bush era disasters and work to rebuild the country to where it was in 2000.

There will be plenty of time to hold this administration's feet to the fire. Now is not it, imho, so let's quit the bellyaching until there are acts and facts on the ground.
