What else is new?

We have the Department of Defense, the Secret Service, the CIA, FBI, Department of Homeland Security, the Army Defense Intelligence Agency and who knows how many other "departments" and "agencies" withing FOUR -- count 'em -- Four branches of the U.S. Military, and then we have Blackwater ... All brought to us by our so-called elected "representatives."

So why does ANYONE think ANYBODY will actually do ANYTHING about this sort of shit (Congress and The White House running roughshod over people?)

Did we ever really see them do ANYTHING about the CIA drug-running? About the money-laundering by Riggs Bank?(*) The CIA run on the bank in Australia? About the arms for hostages deal that also involved Bush NO. 1 working with -- lets be blunt and honest here -- Traitors to make sure the Iranian hostages were released AFTER Carter was defeated. Now comes the post-Enron, post S&L crisis sub-prime shadow investment banking meltdown ...

Congress (and the big money that controls it) IS the problem. These people, for the most part, don't care about us. Every once and a while, the man behind the curtain is revealed, as witnessed by former Sen. Phil "Forclosure" Gram (who sits fat and pretty with a U.S. Government Pension and all the bennies that come with it, and his Swiss Bank Salary) telling Americans their VERY REAL economic meltdown plight is just mental.

Wake me up when the Democrats -- they ARE in charge of Congress now, right -- actually do something, like closing the "Enron" secret casino banking loophole that Mr. Gram and his wife gave us -- along with the mortgage meltdown mess?

Time for some mandatory Town Hall meetings where these fuckers are chained to a chair and forced to answer some hard questions, starting with the IOUSA $9 Trillion+ national debt.

I rant ... But really?
