Thank you Smith

For finding the information about the bridge to nowhere. I was actually thinking of taking some time tonight and looking into what her actual stance and comments were on that.

Might still be interesting if anyone can find out exactly when was the first time she ever gave a statement even remotely similar to the one she is giving now, the whole 'thanks but no thanks' lie. Perhaps it really was the Friday before last.

And because my roommate can't get his queen sized box spring mattress up the stairs to his room, Sarah Palin is a liar.

Its understood Smith

Nobody thinks you were plagarising. We all know you were getting the info from various articles. we were all complimenting on your finding the info. Still would like to see when she actually first said anything close to her statements now, because that statment she gave when cancelling it definitely sounded like she was still in favor of it.

I like the coward clock thing. What would also be kinda cool if someone with one the daily news shows, say like Keith Olberman, or maybe Anderson Cooper (doubt he'd do it, though), would have an empty seat on their set, saying that is reserved for Governor liar, and will remain open and available for her if she ever deems to show any kind of respect for the American people and grant interviews like every other politician is required to. To drive the point home, mention every single night the significance of the empty seat along with all various questions about her and her record that are out there that she refuses to answer to anyone. Or maybe go into detail on one of the issues, and state specifically what the question is that we all would like answered. Kinda like the old Nightline hostage counter back in the late seventies.

And because the rain is making Boston smell like the ocean tonight, Sarah Palin is a liar.

empty seat idea

It is a pretty dramatic idea, isn't it?

Still, I kinda doubt that it'd be something that anyone from Olberman or Maddow's new show would do just because I would write them an email suggesting it. I think I'm pretty spiffy, but in reality I'm just a schmuck with some free time on my hands. I'm sure they have more than their far share of emails from countless other schmucks with free time on their hands to wade through every day. I suppose if either of them ever read the letters here perhaps they'd read it, think its pretty neat, but beyond that kind of thing I doubt it'd be something that little ol' me could ever get someone to do on national TV.

And Xanthro, seriously, you've been refuted, give it up. Your argument is worthless. Continuously stating otherwise makes no difference.

And because the Patriots kick off their 'revenge on the NFL season' tomorrow, Sarah Palin is a liar. Poor Chiefs, they ain't gonna know what hit 'em.

Xanthro

Again, none of that has anything to do with Sarah Palin.

But what the hell, I'll make another try to get this through to you:

In all the cases with Obama, you yourself stated that he either misspoke or was repeating some story he grew up being told and hadn't checked the dates on.

So in none of these cases did he intend to tell a falsehood. Two he misspoke, and one he told the truth as he perceived it. That fact alone means none of them are a lie, because there is no intent to decieve. You can't lie if you do not have the sincere intent to lie. Two are mistakes, and one is simply being mistaken.

Now point to me where Governor liar was misspeaking when she bragged about killing the bridge to nowhere, which she in fact did not do, and knew damn well that she did not. She wasn't mistaken, she wasn't mispeaking, she was willfully and knowingly stating something that she knew absolutely to not be true, ie a lie, ie she is a liar.

When she talked about being an anti- earmarks reformer, knowing full well that she is one of the worst offenders in the US with earmarks, she was not misspeaking, she was not mistaken on her facts, again, she was willfully and knowingly saying something that she knew was absolutely not true. Hence it was a lie, and because she knew it was a lie, she lied, hence, she is a liar.

I do not know how I can make it any more clear for you. If you cannot see the difference between the two on this, then I'm sorry I cannot help you. You will just have to sit by yourself and mumble weak sophistry all by your lonesome, because I'm bored of trying to explain all this to you.

So, because I desperately hope Xanthro might finally understand it, Sarah Palin is a liar.

How did I get quoted in this section? I just got here

That was odd.

And just because it is so odd, Sarah Palin is a liar.

Do we have to go back to this pimping nonsense again?

Really? Come on, that was like a thousand campaign stories ago.

And for the record, I have never hidden my dislike of Hillary Clinton, am well over 25, and have used the pimp term many times, often without any women involved in the given scenario, and most often about my own attempts to promote my own stuff or otherwise promote myself. Sorry, its in the common US vernacular as such, and is quickly losing all sexual connotation.
