Every single attack against you bring against Obama have all been asked and answered. Many, many times.

Race baiting- you claim Obama is complicit in a racist smear campaign against the Clinton. Patently ludicrous. For starters, members of the Clinton campaign were caught passing around the emails about the madrassa lie. In New Hampshire, Bob Shaheen suggested that Obama not only did drugs, but probably sold drugs. Bill Clinton tried to dismiss Obama as just another black candidate by comparing him to Jesse Jackson. And we all remember the lovely 'white man's burden' bigotry of Geraldine Ferraro. These are just the examples I remember right now.

If you choose to believe these things were all innocent or unnrelated coincidences, and there wasn't an intentional effort to play on racist tendencies some of the white middle class have, then go right ahead. I on the other hand know bullshit when I see it.

Rezco- Obama has been completely forthright on his dealings with Rezco. Just a few weeks ago Obama sat down with two different Chicago newspapers and answered every single question they had. One of these session lasted ninety minutes as I remember. Both papers came away completely satisfied that he answered everything. And nobody has ever shown or suggested there was anything unethical, let alone illegal, in anything Obama ever did with Rezco.

(And just as a sidenote, isn't it interesting that a member of Clinton's campaign actually has gotten more money from Rezco than Obama has?)

But if you choose to believe there is something unanswered here, even though nearly a decade of extensive investigation by several high caliber journalists not only came up with nothing, but satisfied these professionals that there is nothing to be had, then go right ahead. I on the other hand do not beat dead horses.

Sorry, Kate, no wool over the eyes here. Perhaps you should check a mirror.

  • I don't buy the threats

I honestly do not believe any of these so called democrats who threaten to vote GOP if Hillary is not the nominee. I really don't. KateTex will vote for Obama come November, unless she really is some kind of GOP plant just trying to stir up mischief.

And yeah, I have said plenty I will never vote for Hillary Clinton- but the thing is, I'm not a Democrat. I'm an independent who has voted for both party's candidates, as well as third party plenty of times. I vote for people, not for parties. Hell, I never voted for Bill Clinton either, because I always thought he was pretty much a crook and a liar too.

These Hillary devotees are all card carrying Democrats, who'd vote for the Democrat on the ballot unless he/she had killed someone for their spot in line at the deli. I think all this voting for McCain things is just that, just talk. A ploy to yet again scare people about Obama's electability. And a complete and total bluff.

Clinton backers will make a big stink, hold their breath or threaten to take their ball home, but in the end they will get right in line and vote Democrat, no matter who it is. If they don't, then perhaps the Democratic party is far better off without that kind of loyalty.

  • new polls answer the question...

[Read the article: Polls: Obama weathers Wright controversy ]

...of what happens when a person running for President, when, faced with some very bad press, instead of trying deflect it, pretend it didn't happen, blame their opponent, spin it, or any of the other standard defenses, actually faces it front on, talks honestly about it, and treats the American public like they actually have a brain and will use it upon occasion.

And mystery upon mystery- holy fuck, it worked.

Seriously folks. I'm beginning to honestly think anyone who isn't sold on this guy yet is really up the tree crazy.

  • Dear Ms. Walsh,

[Read the article: Michelle Obama on "ignorant" America]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Could you please just admit openly that you support Hillary Clinton? Do you really need to waste time on this fabricated issue, that had nothing to do with race?

Sure you say its nothing, but if that's the case why bring it up at all, except that you seem to be trying to see if you can get something to stick to the wall about it. And naturally you just have to add in some vague Italian slur that Wright apparently made for good measure. Never mind that its pretty well established by now that nobody faults Obama for things Wright says, so nobody cares.

This kind of unethical journalism is beneath you. Or it should be. It's not the supporting Hillary that's the problem; I don't agree, but there's nothing wrong with you supporting her, and its totally your right to do so. Its the way you seem unwilling to admit it, yet everything you write oozes with your bias. It calls your credibility into question, and without credibility all your words are worthless.

Seriously, Ms. Walsh, just come out and endorse Hillary already. Newspapers endorse candidates. Daily kos has too. You can endorse Hillary if you want to. It would be far more honest of you if you did. And everyone who reads things you write on this sight will know this fact and take it into account when reading your work, just the way they do everyone else who has endorsed someone.

  • This won't go to the convention

[Read the article: Dean wants superdelegates to come to a quick decision]

It should be all finished by early June. By early May if Clinton doesn't win PA by twenty points. If she loses PA, which does seem unlikely, it'll be over right there and then. But if Clinton is still fighting come the convention, she might as well dress up like bozo in Denver because she'll just be a total clown for staying in well after she lost.
