I long ago tired of that fatuous "unborn child" phrase. As I wrote on my blog a year ago (link in name):
In sum, for me, our time and resources are much better and more righteously spent getting our hands dirty abating the miseries comprising the daily lot of millions of the world's actual "persons."
Yeah, we are indeed awash in evil. I have a picture of it directly beneath that quote.
"Christianity, pure and simple, is beliving [sic], with your mind, heart and soul, that Jesus Christ came to earth to teach us how to live and to then die for our sins... and that if we confess our sins and that if we believe in Him, we can have everlasting life.... that's it."
