OhMyGosh - I agree with Shooter!

In addition the verbiage used here is inflammatory. You folks ared just so used to using and seeing it that it has become passe.

About Glenn's site being a hate site, I agree with all the other commenters, of course. We all hate that our country and its constitution and ideals, not to mention treasury, are being trashed. For me this ranges from rage to sadness/depression. I can hate a policy without hating individuals.

But I have some sympathy about the warning to not call the administration "the Bushies". On most of the political sites I visit, others much more than here (thinking particularly of DailyKos), one does, in fact, get used to seeing commenters who never spell the word Republican correctly and have all manner of 'cute' names for Bush & Co. I try to resist that, just as I try to resist other marketing and propaganda tricks. It is beneath us. For once Shooter has a point.

I'm glad that Glenn leads the way such that these childish habits are almost entirely avoided here.

Last I tried that one, it bounced. Assuming the @Salon address works.
