actually it is really easy. It's called a Gastric Bypass. It will be paid for if you are overweight enough that it causes health issues. There are those who eventually gain that weight back....but if they are concerned about their health they will continue to visit their doctor on regular checkups to view their new eating habits. Those people also receive an angel called a physical therapist....not only do they teach them easy exercise techniques but they also counsel them. Those who don't care may become bedridden and have many health issues....but they still live.
If they would die, I suppose thats one less obese person to burden you, poor thing.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]I'm not shaming these girls. But, out of those, what, 18 girls...it is very possible that many of them where products of out of wedlock and teen pregnancies...this is not a new epidemic, its just worse now.
I was the product of an out of wedlock teen pregnancy. My son is the product of an out of wedlock teen pregnancy. Am I saying that my mother played a big role in my failure? No, my mother went through college when I was young( I even remember helping her color her pictures of human organs for physiology class.) But it will make their lives even harder then it would have been if they might have waited. My mother always said, wait until after you complete your education. Where am I now? I'm 19 and I never finished high school, and would be at this moment living it up in college. I wouldn't trade my son for the world. But this word of pregnancy pact may continue on to other high schools....more and more girls ruining their lives. And it wasn't sex they were after...it was pregnancy...something most teenagers actually try to avoid along with STDs. More and more will continue to practice pregnancy pacts...more and more children in broken and poverty ridden homes...and more and more spread of venereal disease....
So why isn't the school board and parents sitting down to figure out a way to relay a message to other teens that this is a bad idea...huh?

[Read more letters about this article: Here]They would sign any paper in order to save themselves from the everyday shame they get from their weight. Whether its people gawking...media telling them they aren't worth shit.....or people like you going on about how gross they are.
Not all overweight people can control it. My best friend had a thyroid gland that just gave out on her. It didn't matter how active she was or how often she ate or what she ate....the weight just piled on. The medicine she was given put most of that weight on too.
Diets are complicated....you will never find one that works and is completely healthy. Look how many were proven wrong....I had to end Atkins because my doctor told me the reason I no longer had any energy was because I cut out a very important food group.
And when you go off that diet, The weight will pile on twice as much as before.
Its a struggle, and telling people how disgusting they are isn't going to make things any better. You want to make a difference, dick head, volunteer to help. If you pry at someone with fat jokes they will take the surgery whether or not they have a chance of dying...because why live life when nobody can accept you.
