Can we improve quality of life for spinal injuries, You Bet!! The differance between a republican and a democrat is simple. A republican's only concern is to create a " UTOPIAN KINGDOM" where anyone earning under 1 million dollars a year is automaticly made a slave of the state and has no right to vote, own land, or be free in any way, shape or form.
