The most important advisors and appointments Obama is going to make have to do with the Treasury Dept. and any other dept. that can influence or control the Federal Reserve people. THEY are the ones who really control where we are headed. Without the make believe money that the US government borrows from Central Banks there is no war in Iraq, no war in Afghanistan, no government handouts for Halliburton or Blackwater and no economy for Obama to make Marxist or Socialist.
Learn about how the Federal Reserve and other Central Banks around the world work and who runs them. Then reassess what you worry about.
People will laugh at it but putting someone like a Ron Paul or Peter Schiff in as Treasury Secretary would be true "Change that I can believe in"!
I will be a good boy and withhold my outrage for a few more months - tops, but people who really want change (and yes, we do need it) need to be outspoken and be applying the heat. Due to our toothless prostitute called the mainstream media being incapable of "watchdogging" anything except their own paycheck and feeble job security, the public will remain in a state of ignorant bliss. Tim Geitner was going to be the new head of treasury regardless who won the presidency because the selection was never the President's to make. In case people hadn't figured this out yet, the President of the United States is not the most powerful man in the world. He works for the internation banking community best defined as Rockefeller's G-30 group. They call the big shots not the president.
I hate to say it because I voted for him too, but Obama is a mouthpiece just like Clinton and both Bushes were. Change will only come from the street level upward. Other than guys like Ron Paul and Dennis Kucinich, there is no one in DC who will even speak of what really needs to be done. I think Obama is a smooth talking car salesman but I guess time will tell.
Dear Mr. Graner,
I am sorry that you are a more direct victim of the arrogance, manipulation and abuses put on the entire american society by those who try to control us all. Although you were apparently involved in some very disrespectful behavior; activities unbecoming (or at least they should be) of the american military code and not representative of what we as civilized citizens of the world should want to promote, you were a pawn. Your primary failing (I won't use the word crime) was one of ignorance. You joined the military thinking that you were upholding american ideals and freedom, and protecting us from foreigners who despised us for those; whereas in reality you and ALL of our military are being used by international banking and corporate elitists and their political mouthpieces to further their own agenda of greed, power and control.
Your wife, children and family should not be subjected to this pain and I truly feel sorry for them. My only advice is to use this opportunity for good and educate yourself as to how the world, in particular the US, works with regard to monetary policy, and foreign and domestic political policy. If you take the time, you will discover how what you thought you were fighting for and trying to protect is a sham, and what you really need to fight to save is your and your childrens future from your own elected leaders.
Barack Obama has made some attempts at fashioning himself as a new Abraham Lincoln. We shall see, but so far all he has shown is that he is a mouth piece for the status quo, in particular Wall Street.
Best of luck to you.

We tend to be very forgiving people and in many cases I'm sure it is the best and right thing to do. But not here. The american public has been taken advantage of by its leaders since we boarded whatever boat got us here from wherever we came from. It's the case everywhere because its generally how the world works. Without going into a diatribe on how international banking has been robbing us blind since the 1820's and legally since 1913, I will focus on recent events. Not holding Bush and his administration accountable for their actions will set a precedent that we will forever regret. Although I don't see any of them really paying a sufficient price for their actions, at the very least WHAT they did and WHY needs to be brought out into the public forum as much as possible. Let the history books (and I mean objective history not a version sanitized to keep the masses in their current ignorant state)state some truths. Give all of the americans and Iraqis who sacrificed their blood, their lives or at least their family's well-being some answers. If we let this lie fester on into our country's future it will grow like a cancer and eventually kill us. Peace out!
