    I lived for 40 years minutes outside of Boston and I think Steve is onto something. I sat stunned as opposed to excited at the first world series win. I wait fearfully each week to see if the Patriots will drop the ball. And I stopped keeping track of the other sports because, who cares, they suck...this way there are no disappointments right? Just the right to say I knew it and I told you so...

    So to help his buds and the rest of city through these difficult, confusing and stressful times he needs to remind these guys that a sweep of Major League Sports championships is not possible this year...

    Boston lost in the finals of the MLS (major league soccer) a week ago....

    I knew they would; didn't I tell you so?
