Congress(especially Democrats) refuse to admit that they have no power over or control of this president as well as the entire U.S. government. I can't figure out why they even show up. They investigate-the WH refuses to turn over docs-they subpeona-the WH ignores it-congress moves on. Congress passes a bill-the WH vetos it-congress moves on. It's a running gag. They should admit that the U.S. is ruled by a facist dictatorship and that they are impotent. Hell, even if they stopped funding the occupation, Bush would use the Forest Act(not sure of the exact name) to take money from somewhere else and fund it. If they truly think that elections will be held in November '08, then they just haven't been paying attention.
