The FBI is just too busy entraping Muslims in NYC to bother with death threats to American citizens. They missed 9/11, they missed this, what else will they miss? Their entire organization is a disgrace to this country and to the millions of men and women who have died to protect us and our way of life. Obviously the enforcement of law is not something at which they do not excel.

A judge in the USA can lock up anyone for anything at anytime. As a matter of fact, Our Unitary Executive can lock up anyone for anything at anytime for any LENGTH of time. Is this a great country or what??

It's what they do. They will cave on this also. Dems would pass anything if it involved 'national security'. Oh, and Glenn, Obama is not our president. Either Obama is trying to kick Dems in the butt to get them to recongnize their role in this democracy or he is truly as odious as Bush/Cheney ever was.

In order for these secrecy theories to be killed, they must be testing in court. Obama cannot kill them himself, a court has to. I'm hoping what Obama is doing is killing these legal arguments by the only sure way available: the Supreme Court. Remember, he could have released the photos but the power to supress them would still be there. Now, when the court rules that he has to release them, no other president will have president to supress information of this type. At least that's what I hope he's doing. If not, the next 8 years is going to be a whole lot worse than the previous 8.

The corporations behind the GOP hire actors to play the parts of politicians. Reagan is their patron saint. Why do you think they had such high hopes for Grandpa Fred? Actor! Palin is a pretty face with an empty brain. Just the type of person the corporate masters love. Easily manipulated, adored by fools, not likely to deviate from her script. I can't wait for the 2012s. I'd love to see Sister Sarah duke it out with Newty Newt Newt. Although the vacuum created by the lack of awareness in that room could develop a black hole and swallow us all!!

Clinton gave us NAFTA, Graham-Bliley-Whatever, and enabled total media consolidation. In my view, Clinton did as much or more that the idiot W to bring poverty and pain to much of the planet. So now the Republican party controls the media. Big surprise. We might have a chance to do something about it but the Republican party also contols Barak Obama. The only change we'll see is a change of location once all our homes get forclosed on. Oh, and the portrayal of Republicans as tough guys by their own media is just what we expected. What we didn't expect was the total capitulation of Dems in congress to the minority party representing 20% of the country. Ah, well, it was a great country while it lasted.

I don't know if I can take another all-powerful Unitary Executive and his pet Congress, and his distain for the will of the people for another 8 years. He has already sworn allegiance to Wall Street, Big Pharma, and the Insurance lobby. He is continuing and escalating Bush's wars and his flippant attitude toward human rights is horrifying. We need a Progressive Party. The Dems have been bought by the Republicans. I am feeling more hopeless than when Bush was King. Now I know that no one will help us fix this country. Now I know that whatever is said in a campaign is a lie. Now I know there is no hope.

Obama don't need your gay money any more. He got CORPORATE money now. And the corporates, they play for keeps. You better believe they'll get their tax breaks and subsidies. Or he'll wake up with a dogs head in his bed. Gays been played. As have we all.
