Anna Marie Cox is not a journalist. She is a girl with a crush. I wonder how her father treated her? She obviously thinks of McNasty as a father figure and thus can attribute no wrongdoing to him personally. Does she not watch debates? Does she not hear him say that he 'approves' of the smear ads? She started a blog called Wonkette. Have you read Wonkette? It is relentlessly snide with a sneering tone matched only by MoDo. She not only swings on the tire, she has it wrapped around her neck. Pitiful and disgraceful is she who REFUSES to see what the rest of us see: a bitter, nasty, hateful, damaged man who has no business in the Senate much less the White House. Anna Marie Cox should go back to the Wonkette to work out her 'Daddy issues' before she trys to pollute the public discourse with them.

The Powell endorsment is only as good as the man behind it. Has this man, who stood up in front of the planet and put forth evidence HE KNEW TO BE UNSUBSTANCIATED, admitted what he did and who encouraged him? Has he accepted the fact that HIS PRESIDENT, is a war criminal? Has he shown the proper contrition for his part in the brutal murder of MILLIONS?

Sadly, no.

I will be soooooo glad when 'conservative' has the same conotation as child molester and these 'people' are finally discredited to an extent that will ban them from society polite or otherwise.

Sarah Palin is nothing more than a pretty face on an ugly ideology. If the GOP hangs their hat on her for 2012 I'll be dancing in the street. Maybe by then she'll have her own party, her own salute, her own clothing line, and her own lightning bolts on her collar. This kind of stupid doesn't just go away.

Republicans will never give up their goal of total domination over a subserviant, ignorant population. They will continue to push for war with anyone anywhere as long as the weapons are purchased from their cronies. They will continue to demonize any and all opposition as 'anti-American', 'anti-troops', and 'anti-democratic'. They will continue to accuse others of the exact crimes they are committing. In other words, the Republican party should change it's name to the Rovian Party and be done with it. They will never break with the criminals who got them to this detestable point. Why? Because Republicans ARE CRIMINALS. It's their nature.

McCain has learned much from GWB. First you ignore them, then you belittle them, then you throw them a bone, and then you embrace them. It's the old frat boy routine to intimidate the 'plebes'. It 'enhances' their loyalty factor. Regardless, these 'journalists' are not hired to report, they are hired to defend. The corporations that own our media are the same corporations that make the toys of war. McCain is a warmonger. The corporations hire these people and then warn them not to 'rock the boat'. No wonder this country is so ignorant and backwards when we get AMCox swinging on the tire swing instead of telling us what she sees and hears. I honestly do not see why Rachel Maddow has that Cox creature on her show.

Just as her view of the vice presidency is expansive, so is her view of the constitution. If Bush can redefine the 4th amendment into extinction, she can redefine other parts to mean what she wants them to mean. It's not Sister Sarah's fault, it's what Republicans have done for 40 years. And it's not really the Republicans fault that they get away with this sort of behavior. The Democrats are so weak and so scared that they constantly fail at challenging anyone over any illegal act. They failed to protect the planet from the Republican war machine just as they will fail to protect Obama from impeachment at Republican hands.

I must say, if I were Barak Obama, my first act as president would be to declare Cheney and Bush enemy combatants and throw them in Gitmo for my entire term. After, of course, transferring all other prisoners to mainland prisons. Oh, and I would feed them cat food. The nastiest, most vile smelling cat food. Yep, you betcha I would.

Are you kidding? Barak Obama is a moderate Republican. He will be bending over backwards to accomidate Republican demands. He will work so hard on being 'bipartisan', he will adopt the entire Republican platform in his first 100 days. He will not pull out of Iraq once the money men start to lean on him. He will not stop the illegal wiretapping once the Telecoms lean on him. He will not close Gitmo once the military leans on him. He will not close the 'black sites' once the CIA leans on him. One thing he will do though is to send 20,000 more Americans to their deaths in Afganistan, Iraq, and eventurally, Iran. Just because he ran as a Democrat does not mean that he is a liberal. No, he will work so hard to prove that he is NOT a liberal that eventually he will be backing the neocons most extreme policies. Hide and watch.

Obama is nothing more than a moderate Republican. Look for him to embrace Republican legislation and coddle the business community over citizens. Not being stupid, he knows which side his bread is buttered on.

Isn't it wonderful that our corporate masters are willing to forgive and forget the criminality of Republicans? I wonder why? Oh, yeah, it's because THEY are Republicans too. How about that? I do find it amusing that they send out the horribly brain damaged MoDo to do their dirty work though. Just goes to show once again that if you are a Republican, you are also a coward.
