Yo, Lindsay(sound of creaking closet door opening), what you mean by "WIN"? Scoring more points than the opponent? Putting a 1 in the W column? Killing more of them than they kill of us?
Anytime I hear the term "WIN" in a discussion of Iraq, I know IMMEDIATELY that the speaker is a magical thinker. The only winners in Iraq are the corporations making MONEY off the deaths of hundreds of thousands of human beings. So, Lindsay, if you mean that we are winning because Halliburton stock has soared, then hell yes, we're winning. It's just the dead that are losing.

The only option remaining is impeachment. Bush has made it very clear that he will not allow the justice department to enforce any law that could compel the executive branch to testify truthfully to the American public. I would love to see inherent contempt used also. I don't know how Republicans can call themselves Americans anymore. They don't seem to be reading the same constitution that the rest of us read. I guess facism was inevitable sooner or later. Buy yourselves a dozen brown shirts, you'll be needing them. It will be interesting though to see just how far they will go with this election to steal it too.

It depends on what 'blue' actually is. Fredo can always come back and say that it is only for foreign calls because anyone talking terror IN the U.S. is certainly 'foreign' to him. Now that all pretense of truth has been abandonded, Bush can call anything anything and get away with it. As long as he controls the military, he controls the country. Simple as that.

Is it logical to think that they will leave office and be exposed by the next administration as the war criminals they are? No. Trust me when I say that they have ABSOLUTELY NO INTENTION OF LEAVING OFFICE. They will either rig the election(as before), nullify the results with the Supremes, not allow the election to happen, or create enough caos to cast doubt on the outcome allowing the Supremes to appoint Rudy.
They have gone too far to quit now.
