Don't be surprised when the 'trials' at Gitmo continue with the same rules as before. Remember, the DOJ will not enforce any law that encroches on the Unitary Executive in a time of 'war'. Lord know congress doesn't have the courage to do anything either.

What's a little torture compared to the privacy of the population? It appears now that the criminal activities of the Republicans in congress and the executive also include Democrats. With both parties bend on facism, I just don't see how anything matters much anymore. Our freedom is gone. Our justice system works only for the rich. Our own government would just as soon imprison us forever as give us a trial. This country is over. Nancy Pelosi will personally drive the last nail into the coffin herself.

We'll tell them that we won't campaign against them and, in fact, we'll help their own campaigns, if they go along on this FISA thing. You know they'll take it. They're being threatened by their own side with primary challenges now. If we help them ala Lieberman, they will not only owe us, but we will, if effect, own them. By withholding our support, we can guarantee they lose their next primary. Do you really think these egomanical twerps like Pelosi and Reid want the entire nation to see them get their asses whipped in the primaries? Hell, NO! They'll go along. It's either that or we'll stomp their asses on the playground with Fox, Rush, Beck, Sean, Bill and the rest of the freakshow.
