Journalists?

Just so we're all on the same page, here's how it works.

1. Bush tells CEO of MSM that Iraq must be attacked.

2. CEO buys Lockheed, Halliburton etc. stock.

3. Bush lies to get into war.

4. CEO tells editors to go along with lies.

5. Editor tells "journalists" to report, not investigate.

6. "Journalists" take notes from Bush speech filled with lies.

7. "Journalists" report lies.

8. Country goes to war, CEO makes buttloads of dough, spreads it around to Editor, "Journalists".

9. Everybody wins*.

*except poor slobs in military.

Damaged

George W. Bush is a damaged person. We are all damaged people. Every emotional bump and bruise damages us to some extent. Some people can either repair themselves to some extent with or without help or they can find ways to cope and mitigate the damage. GWBs damage came from his upbringing as the priviledged child of a priviledged child. He is the classic bully. Nicknames are a classic tell. Frat boy behaviour, my way of the highway, take my ball and go home. All tells of a bully. But GWB has taken his bullying to the highest level possible. The bullying of an entire planet. Read the book 'Bush on the Couch'. It will terrify you.

The problem now is not why he does what he does but what can be done to stop him. If we do not in some way mitigate his extensive power, we will wake up one day soon with a nuclear wind blowing from the middle east. The nuclear wind of an American nuclear device used to prevent the spread on nuclear devices. I truly hope someone is talking to the generals. They will be our last line of defense if we are to avert total destruction at the hands of George Walker Bush, damaged person.

Dems are sooooo tough

I believe that a Democratic majority in Congress is about as useful as a bucket of warm piss.

She's soooooo scared.

Conyers,

Don't make me laugh you impotent little weasel. Harriet won't show and you won't do JACK!!!!!!! Hell, she's probably with Cheney in the 'undisclosed location' by now. Under the protection of the secret service. The WH will probably deny she ever existed. Harriet who? Never heard of her. All you Dems in congress are nothing more than baby lambs being led to the slaughter by Rove & Co. What you gonna do when Bush nukes Iran??? Cry???? Ha!!

Friday, July 13, 2007 12:54 PM

Says You

Bush answers to NO ONE!!! Waste no more ink on telling Bush what to do. He RULES!!! He will stay in Iraq, he will nuke Iran, he will arrest and imprison American citizens with no charges, he will listen in to DNC phone calls, he will search congressional offices of Dems, and in the end he will destroy the Earth and all that reside thereon. And the press will cheer!! What a manly man it takes to create such misery and havoc. Even you, Joe, will cheer the God Bush. Or else...

So?

Tragic as this story is there is absolutely NOTHING ANYONE can do about it. We will be occupying Iraq until we run out of soldiers. When that happens we will just kill Iraqis from the air indiscriminately. In the meantime we will bomb Iran turning the Shiites in Iraq totally against us. If we manage to get out of Iraq with 1 brigade alive I'll be surprised.

Trust

Why would I trust ANY Republican on ANY subject. It's a feint to let our guard down. I'm as sure as I can be that something foul will come of this. These jackels are SMART.

God's will

And if the world lies in ruins and millions have died and are suffering...it is all part of His plan. And if you and I must be imprisoned forever to bring about that plan, then so be it.

This SOB is effing CRAZY.

Obvious question

WHEN Gen Pat comes back in Sept and give the old 'rosy picture' of progress, the obvious question would be:

So now that things are going so well, when do we start to withdraw?

The obvious conclusion of the WarMong set will be that we can't withdraw if we're winning.

Bottom line,as always with these people, is that we can't leave if we're winning and we can't leave if we're not.

Some problems have no solutions. This one does.

WTF???

What the hell is wrong with the AP? They have consistantly propped up the neocon agenda. I guess the A for Associated means they are associated with the neocon block of the Republican party. Their objectivity is damaged if not shot altogether. I can't believe Air America outsources their newcasts to them. Maybe I'll write a letter... Maybe we all should.

Hopeless indeed

Oh, well, if he refuses to answer we'll just move on to other matters. Mr. Attorney General, how do you like your steaks? I like mine medium well. Pink on the inside...

It's just so comforting to know our Republican members of Congress are pressing so hard on the tough questions.

Specter is a tool as well as a fool. He provides cover by acting all indignant but then when push comes to shove, well, he just backs down. Typical.

These people have found the magic formula. Lying. Just flat out lie and when you're caught, lie some more. I mean what's the downside? They can't be fired or impeached. They don't give a rat's fat ass about what ANYBODY thinks. It's perfect. It's hopeless. It's the New Facist America. Now with bleach.

Because

Because The Decider says so! So sit down and shut up. After all, they don't work for you, they work for 'The American People'.

Welcome to Bushlandia.
