Nah, KristinP

I haved it on good authority that LondonLad is actually a 20-year-old kid living in his mother's basement in Oshkosh.

Given his juvenility, at first one might assume so, but a careful reading of LondonLad (for which you'll receive no reciprocity) seems to point in the opposite direction. He can't cut and paste links, he calls people sonny, and he acts like a mental patient.

My conclusion: he's an old fart hogging the computer in some retirement home.

Why yes, LondonLad, yes I do

I could answer all of your questions.

I could also tell you how many unicorns live in Dublin, the price of Vegemite in Heaven, how often the Pope scratches his nuts, the number of homosexuals living in Iran, how many teeth the tooth fairy collects per-night, and the current locations of the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus.

I'm not going to, though, because you're not in my super-top-secret, get a half-white Kenyan elected as POTUS conspiracy (Est. 1961). I can't even tell you the name of our group, it's too secret.

And here's what I'm not interested in

I'm not interested in answering your questions, because you've shown yourself to be an illiterate idiot. Even if I broke into the Hawaii Department of Records, stole Obama's (non-public) long-form, flew over to London, and rubbed it in your face, you'd come back here and say, "Where's the long form? Huh? Why haven't I seen it? What is Obama hiding? That's fake! It's a public record, where is it?"

But yes, now that you mention it, I do remember your threat about the rubber hose, and I'm not scared of you, ya old git. Also, you can feel free to repeat your threats and irrelevant questions all day if you want. It doesn't make me look bad at all. It just makes you look like a stupid-man's version of an idiot.

Good translation motherwell, and my own summary

LL went from this, calling me a liar:

The status of Birth Deaths Marriages and divorces will have the same public status in America as they are in Britain.

Private dicks, genealogists, biographers, solicitors and anyone else needs to have access to these records and are given it.

Try not despoiling the thread with deliberately false information will you?

To this, still calling me a liar, and then playing sour grapes, as he loves to do:

Apart from your inaccuracy in not mentioning the other catogories of persons to whom a cert may be issued it doesn't anyway matter a jot.

Now that I've shown what a lazy idiot he is, it doesn't matter any more. Sure seemed important an hour ago!

And actually what I said isn't inaccurate, at all, for people who can read. It's the actual law of Hawaii, which I researched for LL, gave LL a link to, and even excerpted the relevant portion for LL.

So now he has gone back to demanding irrelevant information, his default response when he's shown to be talking out of his ass. I'll take that as a compliment, an apology, and an admission of deception, because it's the closest thing to it that I'm going to get from our resident British troll.

Oh my god, you really are illiterate

No you can't because they are still public records as I have said. How Hawaii deals with other people who would need lawful access I wouldn't know.

It says right there on the link that I gave you that BCs are protected records and that only the principal named on the BC, or their immediate family can obtain them. Do I really have to break out the dictionary to educate you on the difference between public, and protected?

How much more stupid could you possibly be, LL? Are you deliberately trying to prove what a dumbass you are? Because if so, jolly good show!

Thursday, July 23, 2009 01:11 PM

Haha

So you're narcoleptic? That partially explains why you keep repeating lies.

I also gave the procedure for Hawaii. In both states the records are NOT public information, but that goes for pretty much all states, as far as I know, but I can't be sure because our laws vary by state, and I'm not about to go look up all of the laws in every state to educate your dumb ass, especially since you won't even bother to read it.

The USA is not a colony of Britain. Have you gotten that through your thick skull yet?

Okay, LL, you're an idiot

Here's the procedure to get a BC in Texas. Let's see if you can read.

http://www.dshs.state.tx.us/vs/reqproc/certified_copy.shtm

Excerpt:

Birth certificates for births within the past 75 years are considered protected records, and TexasOnline has the following requirements for requesting these records:

* If you reside in Texas, you can order your own record or the records of your immediate family members. If you live outside of Texas, you can order your own record or the record of your child, if you are listed as a parent on the record.

Here it is for Hawaii. Let's see if you can read:

http://genealogy.about.com/od/vital_records/p/hawaii.htm

Excerpt:

Hawaii state law limits access to birth records of 75 years or less to the person named on the certificate, the parents, descendants, spouse, legal guardians and individuals who share a common ancestor (i.e. cousins, grandparent, aunts/uncles) with the person named on the certificate. Birth records more than 75 years old are open to the public.

Now, that took me a total of 2 minutes to find out. I didn't need to find out because I already knew it. I'm not expecting the actual law to change your opinion, but at least now that you've seen the truth, I can freely call you a liar.

To everyone else, re: my last letter

Based on the confrontation LL is talking about from last time, now he's going to start demanding to meet the King of Rock and Roll and demand that Hoffa pay back all the union dues he stole.
