  • Why is impeachment still off the table?

[Read the article: The three stooges]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

These guys cannot and will not give up the power. They have committed too many crimes to allow anyone - not a member of the Republican crime syndicate - to follow them in office.

They stole the White House twice, and God knows how many other seats in Congress. The media is complicit, the house organs of the military-industrial complex, remember them? (Bertelsmann AG (publishing), CBS Corp. (as split from Viacom), Disney (ABC), General Electric (NBC), News Corp (FOX), and TimeWarner (CNN) together own more than 90% of the media holdings in the United States. This was before Murdoch bought the Wall Street Journal.)

"In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military-industrial complex. The potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power exists and will persist.

"We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes. We should take nothing for granted. Only an alert and knowledgeable citizenry can compel the proper meshing of the huge industrial and military machinery of defense with our peaceful methods and goals, so that security and liberty may prosper together." -- Dwight D. Eisenhower, 1961

Present Eisenhower saw what was coming all too clearly. An alert and knowledgeable citizenry? I wish.

Why should the Republicans give up the power? All the pieces are in place for them to declare martial law. Bush could declare any of us terrorist sympathizers, seize our property, and disappear us. Today. Tonight. Tomorrow. The laws are in place.

The great experiment, the great dream of our democracy was destroyed on Nov. 22, 1963. The powers that be, that were, knew exactly what they were doing by killing JFK, RFK, MLK.

Why are the democrats are still laying down is beyond me. Why Nancy Pelosi took impeachment "off the table" suggests a naivete, or just plain stupidity, in the face of the most dangerous gang that has ever come to power in the USA.

  • Useless neon wishful-thinking twaddle

[Read the article: The artful seducer]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Here we have it from Neon:

    1. Work on your sense of self-worth. ... Do you really want anyone who questions your worth, or pushes your buttons? Own your self-worth ... blah blah blah

Work on your sense of self-worth? Deep. Women want the best men around - these decisions are not made on an intellectual level. They want the man who can fight the other men and win. The most successful woman executive around wants a MAN, not Alan Alda to come home to. "Own your self-worth" ... can you get any more banal?

    2. Provide yourself with your own sense of security financially and safety wise, it's very empowering and allows you to pick and choose who you are with for the quality of the man himself, not fear based needs.

    Actually, not bad ideas.

    3. Stop this competition B.S. that women do with each other and embrace the sisterhood,

You are either a man or an idiot or both. Women love to steal men from each other. Women believe that if a man is any good, he will have been snagged already. If he is actually single and available for any amount of time, there must be some fatal flaw. Sisterhood, from what I've observed over the decades, flies right out the window when men or money are involved.

    4. blahblahblah ad infinitum ... women won't seem to be so mysterious and treacherous.

Women are mysterious. Treacherous? When needed. As it should be.

I see all the wimps and feministas are up in arms about this article already ... you all should get together, take off your clothes, jump in a hot sweaty pile.

As I wrote on my own site (link below) some time back about attraction, I have been both asshole and nice guy in years past. Nice guy (listens to her problems, is sympathetic, polite, etc.) almost without fail gets relegated to friend status. Asshole (showing up drunk once or twice a month and rapping loudly on her window after the bars close) gets welcomed into her warm bed.

You can argue all you want, but biology always, always, ALWAYS trumps ideology and fuzzy-wuzzy feminist wishful thinking.

But I think Mystery is a prick anyway, even if what he says is mostly dead on.

  • so we have to read to the end of the story

[Read the article: Will China drop the bomb on the U.S. dollar?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

to find out it's no story at all.

thanks for giving that lunatic some press.

  • I have come to believe that the Log Cabin Republicans

[Read the article: We'll go no more a-Rove-ing]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

comprise the "straight" wing of the Republican Syndicate, I mean, Party.

At first it seemed funny, but now it is a scary thought I cannot shake.

  • Only fools try to find mates online

    [Read the article: Cupid's science]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

When I was in my twenties, I never could compete with the liars/pick-up artists in bars. I mean, I did okay ... but a good truth rarely beats a magnificent line of bullshit, let's face it.

It took me a few years, some time back, to figure out that men lie worse online. And women too ... well what women do is write to 10 guys for a while ... then pick the biggest liar ... and then you never hear from them again.

So the watering hole analogy does not hold up. Except perhaps for twenty-somethings who are hooking up briefly. Or older retards/drunks/stoners doing likewise.

I, of course, invite you to read my story, one of a few, The Email Bride From Hell, linked below. :)

  • the next time she starts squealing like a dolphin

swat her ass [playfully, of course] with a tuna

halibut will do in a pinch

  • They are all gay

[Read the article: The GOP's crowded closet]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Every single one of them. They love money and power, hate and fear women. They go where the money is, but to get elected they need the Christian base, so they lie.

It has nothing to do with repression. That's blaming it on society. It is part of their pathology. They love the dark, and the fact that they are getting over on us. Look at the smirks of Bush, Rove, Gonzales, et al. You know it's true.

And as far as the other article about toilet trading: the minute you have sex with a man, no matter where, you are gay. You can call it bi, but you are gay. You are no longer straight. You are straight-pretending, perhaps. Straight-proclaiming, maybe. Wannabe straight: unlikely. Oooh ... i forgot ... you are str8.

I don't care. I've had sex in bathrooms with women. It's great!

I just hate these lying homosexual fascists who have stolen our country - at the behest of the multinationals and the dark underbelly of our capitalist system - and nearly destroyed it.

  • i am still holding out

[Read the article: Apple gives iPhone early adopters $100 in store credit]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

for a free iphone as a reward for buying the very first newton AND the mobile network card ... and everything ...

now that is REAL early adoption ...

these fanboys who bought the iphone right out the chute???

    wusses.

  • How about "How Many Closets Will You Find In A Republican Household?"

[Read the article: National Review's new tough guy, Mark Hemingway]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

Either that or "Money-Grubbing Power-Fellating Queens Run The GOP At The Behest of the Corporate Looting Class."

I mean, just put it out there. You are more than welcome to use my illustration on that subject for your book, as linked below.

Keep up the great work, Glenn!
