Missing piece of information
[Read the article: Goodbye to Audiofile]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]While Salon says the traffic was small, what they haven't said is whether this was a long-term phenomenon, or whether there was a significant drop-off following the departure of Thomas Bartlett. This might indicate if the feature or the author is the issue here.

Not in New England
[Read the article: "Margot at the Wedding"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]I haven't seen the movie yet, but I'm pretty sure the movie takes place, and was shot, in the Hamptons.

Stuck unseen...
[Read the article: Indie film is dying -- unless it isn't]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Maybe my tastes are odd, but after months of indies that were mostly bland, I was stoked to go see Stuck, and thought it was teriffic, jarring, uncomfortable, and hilarious - just what I want in indies. And yet on opening night in DC, there were only a handful of others in the theater (it was gone the next Friday). Sigh.

More Todd Levin, please
[Read the article: Charles Atlas will make a man of you!]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Give this man a column, Salon.

Poor Andrew
[Read the article: Don't call it mumblecore]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Thanks for the update, Andrew, I'm looking forward to seeing this. Swanberg's LOL was one of my favorites of last year.
To the haters, do you get the concept that Andrew's column is for that "audience of 10,000" or whatever that is interested in movies like this? If you don't like it, don't read it. There are plenty of outlets for reviews of Beverly Hills Chihuahua.
