    this sounds kind of like when john kerry said we should try to get terrorism to the point were its a "nuisance". sounds like bush is saying the same thing about iraq, i.e., that there's an acceptable level of violence. of course, when kerry made his comments, everyone on the right, bush included, went ape****.
