It must be apparent to even the weakest, most spineless of our Democratic congresspeople by now that the GOP's plan all along is to marginalize Obama to the point where they claim, as Newt Gingrich said of Clinton, that he is "irrevelant." I sincerely hope these congresspeople learned from the 1990s experience. They need to get off of their collective asses and speak up NOW.
