How do you know that Kevin is even in the military? Do you realize that there are websites dedicated to exposing people who claim to be or have been in the military? They usually claim to have been Special Forces or Rangers or some such as that. The websites I'm speaking of are manned by real current or former military people who are displeased about the impostors.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]Amazing how long Kevin has been around but hasn't been able to improved his schtick one bit in all that time. I would suggest to him that maybe some Viagra might help to improve his disposition, but apparently he has never been able to get it up, ever. Not as a young man or now. Viagra would be pebbles in the Grand Canyon for Kevin.

I wasn't referring to that book. I don't even know about it. I was referring to a number of sites I've read over the years. I don't have links at hand, but what I recall reading sure didn't sound like only 'liberals' or 'dems' who were being exposed.

Bebop-o
[Read the article: Charlie Savage at FDL Book Salon]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Kit Carson's name is spelled with one 't'. My name is spelled with two 't's. Both of our names are short for Christopher. The two 't' spelling is a southern thing. I didn't make it up. My mother and father did. I remember one time, my fourth grade teacher spelled my name with one 't'. So rather than argue about it I began turning in my papers signed with one 't'. My mom was displeased with me for doing that. She insisted that my name was, is, and always will be, spelled with two 't's. You don't argue with Mom about how to spell your name. That's her territory. So, my name was, is, and always will be, spelled with two 't's.

[Read more letters about this article: Here]This is my latest off topic indulgence. I play my harmonica (with extreme feeling) to this guy's rendition of Wayfaring Stranger. I wish all of you could here me mixing it up with him. I guarantee, it is quite beautiful.

"As a result of the add"
[Read the article: "Nazis" and "Hitler" -- the Right's casual, trivializing political insults]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]For years conservatives have been calling MoveOn.org "that organization that called Bush Hitler" as a result of the ad.
--Anonymous
When that happened I posted rebuttals on various sites saying that MoveOn didn't post an "ad". An "ad" needs to "advertise". One shitwad sending something in to a website does not qualify as an "ad". As always, my logic fell on monkey ears. They are liars and fools. Great combination for the ruin of a country and a constitution.

"The story" is spelled out in the movie, Cold Mountain. Rent it or, better yet, buy it.

Ahmedinejad has made very explicit threats of nuclear annihilation of Israel on numerous occasions. People who dismiss these threats are complicit co-conspirators in a very real potential second Holocaust.

Someone should wash out your mouth with soap. You still have not switched to the decaf, huh?
Just asking: How do you get the time to post 900 letters here? No life, unemployed or trust fund baby?

I clicked your name after reading the above post. I then read your post where you quoted me a few times. I come off sounding to the point and right on. I don't know why you quoted me thinking otherwise. You made yourself look foolish. Very odd.

It is possible to find plenty of posters on a place like sadlyno.com and other progressive sites who follow the Ward Churchill line of thought. I think it is repulsive, but please don't pretend they don't exist.--G Boy
Hey, G Boy, you're the one with the Ward Churchill fetish. For gawdsakes, give it up already, willya?

Anonymous...McCain
[Read the article: The latest revelations of lawbreaking, torture and extremism ]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Out on a limb
There is one man, one man only, who can possibly connect with the American people and explain why what is and has been going on will lead to the downfall of the United States as we know (knew) it.
This may sound strange, but I believe the only man who connects with the American people enough to do this is.....
....John McCain.
--Anonymous
That sounds more than strange. It sounds seriously deranged. McCain?...John McCain? Amazing. McCain does have a track record, you know. And it doesn't set him in any position at all to be the arbiter of anything that we need now in the US. McCain has been horrid for years now.
