I was not talking about pro athletes just pointing out every level of trainers give the same advice about pre work out meals. I am sure as hell not a pro athlete and was given this advice by the two trainers I talked with expressly about losing weight and adding tone but I am a man so maybe all of this does not apply to females. The reason given is the same pretty much every where to insure an ample supply of sugar in the liver and muscles for the duration of the work out to avoid fatigue. Even at an hour the fat switch off is not complete and the body does not get the calories needed to maintain energy levels making more likely especially for a beginner to quit.
And thanks for watching out for me, I am so glad you are their to point it out because of all the time I spend writing a quick message that I don't get paid for on an internet site is really going to be the equivalent effort of editing a document that is about maximizing my wallet.
You are a joke. I went back and read the advise you gave which of course goes against all the advise of trainers, doctors and researchers when it comes to weight loss. Oh and by the way, since it seems you are not quite smart enough to understand the context, I took the damn advise from the trainers and spoke to them on an ongoing basis to lose weight. If someone is trying to lose weight they should hit the weights as soon as possible. Lean muscle mass burns more calories then fat does increasing the resting metabolism rate. Cardio just does not come close to this effect on the metabolism. Google, Pubmed or JSTOR away. Though I dont know why i am bothering at this point, the original poster that started this all is not really going to start working out anytime soon.
It guessed I was a male 100 percent. But what was surprising was some of the website gender numbers. The big surprises to me was not only are moviewatchers and dominos more visited be females but it wasn't really close.
This is an event that I could not watch more than once every two years but when it comes around I cant miss it. I love the way you described the opening ceremony as I could never figure out a good way to describe it but unlike you I love it for those qualities. What I think does it for me is how out there they are and yet it leads off an event that is actually watched by billions of people unlike other events that claim that number. I just find this event to be as likely as Paul Verhoven directing a kids film.
Is an inexact tool that works better on the whole than the individual but it is by no means worthless. Yes, if you are an athlete (a person that actually works out 5 or more hours a week, say.) it will not be accurate for the individual, if your bone plates have not fused yet it will also not be accurate, if you are over 60 again not as accurate, or if you are extremely tall or small, or have an extremely large or small frame it will not be accurate. But, for those between the ages of 18 to 60 and between 4'10 and 6'5ish and you are not an athlete it will give you a good enough basis for your overall risk of weight related diseases.
If you want a more accurate result get your body composition tested but that cost significantly more money for not all that much more information (unless you are one of the exceptions and you probably are not).
Having a high BMI does not guarantee anything except that you are either in or at risk of falling into population groups that have higher levels of weight related diseases. Just as being in the normal range does not guarantee you a cancer and diabetes free life just that you fall into a population group that is at less risk. It is just a blunt tool that gives good enough results for most adults. If you want to ignore it go ahead but the professionals will still use it until body comp tests become basically free.
taking several drugs/supplements that are on the band substances list or would be on the band substances list if the nazi like Anti Doping Gestapo could figure out what she is on. What I wonder is how she will be treated if the Gestapo figure out a test in the next 2 weeks that will find one of the PED she is on. Does she get the Landis treatment? Bonds treatment? Of the Shawn Merriman/insert every other NFL player that tested positive treatment?
You forgot the part about the 2 surgeries in the last 8 months and how Torre miraculously healed in time and found training time. Going into the Olympics the biggest question I have is how is NBC going to handle her? Normally this is the type of story their Olympic producers would kill their mother for but do they want to risk being burned?
After yet another loss will they finally go away? I don't know how many races they are involved with in the fall but those races are the only races the republicans can feel good about.
