Here is the Wisconsin legal definition of sexual explicit acts to fall under any of the child porn laws. If she is not masterbaiting in the pictures it is protected speech.
Sexually explicit conduct means actual or simulated: (a) Sexual intercourse, meaning vulvar
penetration as well as cunnilingus, fellatio, or anal intercourse between persons or any other
intrusion, however slight, of any part of a person's body or of any object into the genital or anal
opening either by a person or upon the person's instruction. The emission of semen is not required;
(b) Bestiality; (c) Masturbation; (d) Sexual sadism or sexual masochistic abuse including, but not
limited to, flagellation, torture or bondage; or (e) Lewd exhibition of intimate parts.

Doing 16 years is an easier punishment than getting on the sex offender list. That this might land him on the sex offender list should show how worthless that list has become and yet being on it is the closest to banishment we have in our society. If he is on that list, he will never be able to have a job that pays more than minimum wage. It will be nearly impossible for him to find housing out side of shelters and pay by the month motels. All of that for being a jerk. If the girl did not take the pictures and send them to him he would never have been able to post them a girl 1 year younger than him and less than 2 years away from doing hard core porn.
"Visual exposure of female breasts are considered mildly explicit, the penis or vulva and surrounding pubic hair are widely considered sexually explicit,..."
Sorry but that is not part of Wisconsin's definition of an explicit sexual act that is from wikipida which the last time I checked is not used in any state to define legal terms. I have posted twice already what Wisconsin's definition of an explicit sexual act and it requires a sexual component. The reason for this very carefully worded defintion is to balance protected first amendment rights against the valid right of the state to protect minors. So yes, she needs to be masturbating in order for these to be child porn.
gadgiiberibimba- Of course we don't have to glance at the law, we can make it up as we go and just arrest anyone for any reason if we don't like them or what they did regardless of any laws. The reason porn sites, even in countries where it would be legal to have 15 year olds to pose naked, don't use under 18 models is because it is a can of worms that they don't want to open. These companies make money hand over fist in the current enviroment but to rock the boat and bring about public preassure along with a chance a photo shot crosses the line is a risk to this ATM machine. The risks are too high for little reward.
This is very disappointing news as the Microsoft library project was actually much better than the much ballyhooed google project. Microsoft was in a partnership with several other companies including HP and universities and if i recall correctly there biggest academic partner was with the Committee on Institutional Cooperation. The best part was unlike the google project this project was not going to copyright the digital copies of the works.
This has nothing at all to do with abstinence only education at school for several reasons the biggest being no one is required to buy these while school is mandatory. I am having difficulty on what BS problem with this is in all honesty.
Where was the 10 worst mother list for mothers day? There is alot more material for that one as a child is much more likey to be abused by his mother than father. And before anyone says this list is supposed to be a joke, if it was a one off it might be but when it is only the latest in a long pattern it is part of the philosophy of the site.

Why do so many BS posts have statements by the author about how riled up or pissed off they are? The only other place I have noticed this style of writing before was Ed Angers Column in the Weekly World News.
