She was gonna coast to a coronation, but that doggone darkie done come up and whupped her patrician ass. He has now a clear majority of the total possible pledged delegates, excluding the few remaining states and Puerto Rico. Those will be about a wash, so he'll be well over 2000 delegates. her obstinacy in the face of this undeniable reality, pissing and moaning about Michida and Florigan, and the utter bullshit that caucus states shouldn't really count, shows that her sole reason for being in this (white) race is to bloat her ego. She's taken a well earned reputation for policy brilliance and admirable human pluck (putting up with Big Bill using his Big One to pluck other women too numerous to mention here), and run it straight into the ground. It's the political equivalent of what Bushit did after 9/11: taking a well of good will, pissing into it repeatedly, and then being surprised when everyone wasn't thirsty. The Clinton name has been permanently diminished, and that's a shame. They did many good things, and were a credit to public service. They've flushed that down the kitchen sink that she threw at Obama to no avail. Exit polls did show that stupid people bought into the fictions that The Shrew either actively fostered or tacitly permitted (that Obama is a Moslem, but somehow adheres slavishly to the rantings of Reverend Wright, a fundamentalist Christian minister, that he's unpatriotic, and less well prepared to be President than Lobbying Johhny McLame). She's done all she could to poison the atmosphere. But there's a new wind blowing, and it's not the blowing that Big Bill is so fond of. Two months from now, all the Billary Bullshit will be behind us, and Obama will take McLame head on and beat him like a rented mule.

Billary's been puttin' on her blue collar an' pretendin' to be jest one o' them there common folk. At 15 million a year, and a pampered life, that's transparently crap. But them hicks done bought it. Used to be, back when unions were strong and public schools taught civics and reading and all those old school things, that working people knew that Democrats were much more likely to act in their interest than were republikans. FDR was as patrician and "elitist" as you can get, but the working class knew he was on their side, and they were right. That's smart. Voting for the raygun revulsion and all the fascist crap since then: not smart. The dumbing down of America is not a theory. It's the fascist base, and hillary's hope. It's not our country's hope. In short, yes, hard working white people have voted like idiots.
