SO many problems

and problems beyond THOSE problems. and so on. and so on.

- what about the rights taken away from us Americans?

- what about the runaway lobbying by corrupt corporations?

- what about the corrupted food supply?

- what about the wide open south border?

- what about our runaway debt? China OWNS us and will pull the rug at their whim.

- what about the lies of the oil war?

- what about the ample evidence our CIA was instrumental to making 911 a reality?

- what about that shadow [military/indust. complex] government anyway?!?

- what about the ongoing phony drug war? (the one where both parties make their money importing the cocaine)

- what about our crumbling infrastructure? (Houston is a third world city)

- what about reining in courtroom tort abuses?

- what about the education system that PROGRAMS kids into obedient slave status rather than teaching them CRITICIAL THINKING?

- and what about the war against home schooling anyway?!?

- what about the ongoing wall of silence behind the UFO issue? Stephenville and hundreds of military and police witness testimonies do not count? Ed Mitchell is senile?

- what about the ongoing inequality between men and women, the one that inordinately punishes men and rewards women?

- what about the runaway pork barrel spending?

- what about our growing surveillance state?

- what about our ongoing penchant for manipulating the affairs of other nations on the sly?

- what about doctors pimping narcotics and half the US drugged up on them?

- what about that Americans largely (heh) bury themselves in teevee, drugs, food intoxication, likker, rampant sex, their jobs-- anything to avoid reality?

- what about that there is not really two party representation but only two flavors of the Money 'n' Power party?

- what about the slavishly obeisant media whose existence is WORSE (as by their existence they tacitly endorse the current state) than if they did not report a word of anything?

I could go on. You get the point.

The system is BEYOND broken and only collapsing onto itself as fast as [meta]physics allows it to.

Nearly every one of these issues is in the bottom of the garbage pile, the one that will have new (often faux- gay marriage anyone?) issues piled on top of it so we will coninute to forget the problems on the bottom.

So, when is the fix coming for all these issues? When will people realize they DO have the power?

We've had out power seemingly taken away from us, protestirs are lined up blocks from events. The media ignores them. The people ignore them. Easier to bury your head in work and maybe the NAzis will march past, huh?

Palin is a Paithetic choice

Puhlleeeze.

McSame is only 73, meaning he will only be 77 by 2012, hardly a death sentence when the average life expectancy counting ALL men is 74 or thereabouts.

The selection of a first term governor from a state of less than a million people who was a former mayor of a town of 9000 people?

THAT IS CALLED DESPERATION and it shows how much McSame KNOWS he is on the losing side.

Also, lets admit that McCain is so cynical and mysogynistic towards women that he expect women to automatically flock into the ever loving arms of the GOP just because they threw someone on the ticket sporting a vagine. Or maybe women ARE that dumb to automatically elect the woman sporting ticket-- never underestimate the stupidity of people.

Let's not get into the fact that one of the worst repulsickan scandals is erupting in that very state this year with that porky senator.

Really, when women voted Bush in not once, but twice to protect this nation (despite his being an ass) they will not vote for amore of the same just because a woman is on the ticket.

Remember how often we come across articles talking about how women like to imagine a woman in charge but when it comes down to it, women PREFER men to be in charge and prefer to work for men?

Also, the feminist cadre of women (a marginal percentage of all women in America) who believes in automatically voting for a woman sporting party is in for a rude surprise to find average women not following the feminist expectations. Women vote for the BEST choice, and McSame being not such a good choice is given little added weight because a woman is a heartbeat from the presidency.

Take on look at her and imagine her being a foreign policy and war expert.

NOW, this is not to say Obama automatically wins. I can imagine most of America ULTIMATELY not being able to pull that lever for a black man, no matter how GREAT he is. But Obama would not lose due to Paithetic, but McCain would win despite having Paithetic on his ticket.

Meant to imply

that if McCain does win, Palin is not a detriment, but nor is she much of a bonus. I meant that he would not win primarily due to her being on the ticket but due to American's latent racism.
