The exercise anticipated civil disturbances, major demonstrations and strikes that would affect continuity of government and/or resource mobilization. To fight subversive activities, there was authorization for the military to implement government ordered movements of civilian populations at state and regional levels, the arrest of certain unidentified segments of the population, and the imposition of martial law.

I got it the other day - saving it for a trip to Maine - but I started reading it and got 15 pages in and now I'm not going to touch it till I'm sitting of the dock.

If I could wave a magic wand and defeat the insurance cabal and give Americans single-payer universal coverage in Obama's name - and then prosecute Bush and Cheney and Rumsfeld with a public trial of their outrageous crimes . . . the people would change the Constitution and Obama would get a third and fourth term.
