I'm not a US citizen, am not located in the US (so I am unable to gauge any of the ground realities there). My only desire is that war criminal GW Bush is appropriately dealt with by US citizens. Thus far, there is little or no evidence that US citizens are ready to do any of this. However, the Democrats (Obama/Clinton) would seem to be 'somewhat better' for the world than John McCain who staunchly supports GW Bush's criminality - though Hillary Clinton voted in favour of GW Bush's war (and has not yet adequately explained why she did this; nor has she been asked properly).
Yesterday, I saw a newsreport from some US source purporting to show that, if elections were held now, John McCain would win over Hillary Clinton AND over Obama! His victory over Obama would be by a slightly larger margin (I don't remember what the margins were).
To me it seems evident that neither of the Democratic candidates has properly brought home to the US citizenry the fact that the current US leader is a war criminal plain and simple and that it is high time the US stops having war criminals in leadership positions.
Can US citizens even at this late stage stir themselves to try to put right what damage the the Bush criminal administration has wrought on the world ?

Hillary Clinton actually lost because she did not effectively explain or resile early enough from her support of GW Bush's foolish (and criminal) Iraq war.
As Xrandadu Hutman wrote: "Hillary should stay in the race for the next 6 days, stay on message, play to her strengths, leave the scolding "shame" stuff and the sarcasm out of it, and make a solid showing for her cause."
Now, it is too late for her to add an "Impeach Bush!" to her platform. The Democrats should have had that up right from the start of their campaigns - I observe that Obama has not got onto that plank, either.

Instead of the breast implants, try yoga and meditation for a year. (DON'T do weights, that would be not very much better than the implants, I believe).
I understand there are yoga exercises that cold enhance breast size. There is a book called "Light On Yoga", by BVK Iyengar, that may give you information as to the right exercises that could impact your breast size. [I don't have access to the book right now, but if enhancing breast size via yoga is possible at all, this one should have the needed information].
Meditation: together with yoga, this should help you accept the condition of small or almost neglible breasts with equanimity (if it turns out to be impossible to enhance the size of your breasts).
After a year of solid work with yoga and meditation on the issue, if you feel, alas, at that time that you ABSOLUTELY MUST have your breasts enhanced via implants, then think real hard once again (or even ten times again) and then - and only then - do it.
(By the way, I do feel I don't really have any right to 'advise' you on this matter, as I am not a woman: the opinions of the women here, in particular those who have learned to live with their small breasts, should carry the most weight in your final decision).

I should have made the following clear more clear in my last.
In fact, CUNT's a very nice thing indeed, for those who have one and for those who are fortunate enough to have access as needd to one.
I would not seriously object to being called "CUNT!" (as an insult, though I might have to point out that it would be an inaccurate description of me and my attributes) - but I would would certainly object most STRONGLY to being called "GW BUSH!" "DICK CHENEY!" "CONDOLEEZA RICE!" (or anything of that nature).

I personally find the words "GW Bush" and everything he/it stands for (along with words like "Dick Cheney", "Condoleeza Rice", and etc) MUCH more offensive than the word CUNT.
