TO: zoltan newberry

Yep - GW Bush and Gang (including the rest of the neocon bunch now running for cover under the bushes) should be rounded up for sure!

They should be given a fair trial for the War Crimes and other monstrosities and incompetencies they have committed:

-- LIES to US citizens about those WMD's (remember those?) - to get them scared enough so that they would behave as sheeple;

-- LIES to US Congress to get hold of the trifling matter of $ 700 billion or so it took to play GW Bush's dirty little war games;

-- Outing Valerie Plame;

-- Assorted incompetencies ranging from Katrina (remember "You're doin' a great job, Brownie!"?) to NCLB to what-have-you - I challenge GW Bush, War Criminal, to produce real evidence of any one thing that he did honestly and competently during his 8-year tenure;

-- Cheating the Iraq war veterans of their dues;

-- Handing over no-tender contracts worth billsions to their friends and Halliburton, Blackwater, etc

-- Atrocities at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo;

(and much, much else)

If found guilty (and I for one see no chance at all that a fair and impartial trial will find any of them innocent), the whole loathsome bunch should be put on Guantanamo for the rest of their miserable lives.

The problems of free-trade, NAFTA, or whatever - all can definitely be handled through the use of common sense: Obama seems to be adequately supplied with that characteristic. (GW Bush only listened to the instructions he got daily from Jesus Christ Himself for all he did - as he himself proclaimed on more occasions than one, I believe).

The 'outgoing President' (should have outgone long, long ago)

That opening illustration was wonderful.

Look at that face of the 'outgoing President'.

Isn't it just about the most wonderful thing to happen in at least eight years that he is "outgoing"??

What Obama should probably do: Investigate each and every one of GW Bush's acts as President (which were mostly illegal) and rescind all of them that are possible by Presidential order.

Hey, Kimbah!

You loooooooser!!

You and your whole gang of losers (starting with GW Bush and Dick Cheney, War Criminals) have been dumped in history's smelly garbage heap - where I hope you will stay till the Second Coming and beyond that.

How does it smell down there?

Obama won - and maybe we shall get good governance now...

Durian Joe:

Obama won, and good government is finally back.

I'd modify that slightly to read as follows:

"Obama won, and the potential for good government is finally back. There was ZERO potential for that during the reign of GW Bush, War Criminal, and this potential did not look to be improving any if John McBush and Sarah Moosehunter had won."

I do believe Obama would genuinely work to provide good governance. (There was no hope of any kind of anything genuine coming out of the Rethuglicans. However, I must observe that good governance from Obama's administration will depend a great deal on you US citizens, a little on us citizens of other nations around the world. It really is up to all of us to ensure good governance - of the USA; and of the hundreds of other nations that must contribute to a better tomorrow.

"Down There In The Garbage Dump!" (Ta-ra-rum-pum....)

Isn't there a song about this?

If not, it certainly should be written now!

Klytus - perhaps you'd like to do the lyrics? (Don't forget to put into that smelly, stinky garbage dump GW Bush, Dick Cheney, John McBush, Sarah Moosehunter, and also various trolls whom we've been hearing here).

"Stinkers aweigh!"

The political views of "terkoy", "elephant_turd", "sueann22", "something stinks" and many others like them have just been tossed into history's garbage heap by US voters on November 4th, where they are doubtless adding to the general bad odour there. (GW Bush, Dick Cheney, John McBush, Sarah Moosehunter, Karl Rove and others are already there stinking up the grabage heap).

It won't be long before their views on economics, ecology, energy, society and practically all issues receive the same treatment, which is exactly as it should be. We should celebrate with song and dance when they have been finally put where they've always deserved to be.

Original article: Obama, be progressive!

TO: something stinks

How does it smell down there in history's garbage heap where you and the rest of your gang (starting with GW Bush + Dick Cheney) have been tossed since Nov 5th?

Y'all have a GOOD time, y'hear, boy!

Elephant_turd, you're back!

How does it smell in that VERY ripe garbage heap in which you find yourself today, where history has tossed you (along with GW Bush + Dick Cheney [war criminals]; John McBush + Moosehunter Palin [would-be criminals]; Billy Crystal and all those opinionators of that rotten hue and stink; and all your friends, "terkoy", "sueann22", "something stinks" and that whole very smelly bunch that seems to have gone somewhat silent since Nov 5, a bit at least)?

Odoriferous enough for you????

Have a good time, y'hear, boy!
