You can feel all you want about who is better than others. The problem is that the political world, despite the "I feel" epistemology of the Salonbog, doesn't wash. The race is over, don't demean yourself further.

I don't doubt your sincerity, but given some of your previous comments, I can't believe you aren't bitching more than me about the lack of discussion of class here. Hilary seems to think that middle class is well above 100K and most likely 250k. That is the deciding difference between the two and points to the problem with Salon.

Once Joan has an article about how class is defined and who gives contributions or why Hilary refused to tax hedge fund managers...I will listen.

  • @sesanders. ok, you tell me how Hilary gets the nomination...help me out

My point is that there is NO WAY Hilary gets the nomination. Please explain to me how she gets it. Yes, I am dismissive of people who don't face reality....you can all the crazy thoughts you want to have, but the important ones are those to bring to bear on the nomination process. Again...tell me how she can win and not get pissy....sorry the ball is completely in your court and your attempt to defend Hilary's chances are bogus. I am not being partisan when I say that there is NO chance of Hilary getting the nomination...short of a pile of cocaine and a hooker. Give me a break, you can't present any other scenario and you know it...so stop being so disingenious.

That post was supposed to be in favor of....what exactly? oh yea, you think you have more regard for Hilary.

This has become a question of reality based policy that the Republicans so disparage. You jackasses who don't have a connection to reality can keep carping, but it only hurts your credibility. Believe it or not, given the Indiana primary, you can yap all you want, but when the most red state gives votes to Obama, things have changed. Sorry have some class.

  • wow..where are all the Hilary supporters? we are only left with the senator dork

Ok, either you are a Republican shill or just incredibly historically ignorant. You might want to go back and read some history...but no you are too busy at this point.

Where in the world in Joan the Moan?

  • Hilary's credentials....

[Read the article: What does Hillary want?]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]

The credentials she has that speaks the most is her striving for a position on the board of Walmart and her refusal to entertain taxes against hedge fund operators and her cowtowing to the the credit card companies....

The problem is that Hilary was an opportunist, which is ok, but contrasts starkly with the decisions that Obama made....that is indesputable.

  • GET over it Salon dorks...he takes Hilary

Despite all the back and forth and craziness of this race, Obama should pick Hilary! It would be a slam dunk to win..but then he would have to govern, but the point is that WE WIN!

"Sorry, the fact remains we are still here, we are not going away, and after reading many of these posts, I am certainly glad not to personally know many of you."

You want to talk about facts? Give me a break. Of course you are still here and knowing me or not isn't the point. Again this becomes a question of ME ME ME and "I" that Salon promotes despite its claim to be journalism.

You can hang around all you want. The problem is that to be taken seriously or organize a party you need to have a bit of critical thinking and rules. Help me out here in explaining Hilary's various criteria of determining who is the nominee. I was a late supporter of Obama, and it was because of this crazy BS.

I don't doubt your sincerity in your latest post. The problem that I have is your editorial policy. Whatever the debate is about who is most progressive or who is being the most nasty, the problem I have is the refusal to address the class issue.

Hilary has staked out a position which I think, is tied to her political contributions. That as it might be, how class is defined in terms of income level is an incredibly important point that you have seriously ignored. I can only chalk it up to a serious blind spot. It is the one point that distinguishes the two and causes much suspicion.

I think that Obama did so well in Indiana raises some very serious questions. Indiana is an incredibly red state and my experience lately is that given Obama came so close says more about class than gender. Racism is plenty strong in rural Indiana and yes many swing voters don't like Hilary, but the number of people who went to Obama that lived in the rural areas can't be discounted.

No the reason would be that kool-aid drinking people refuse to face reality...that makes me worry for the Democratic party. Tell me who would take your 47% stat seriously?
