US vs. Iran
[Read the article: The art of neoconservative innuendo]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Many posters mentioned the 1953 coup and the murderous reign of the Shah, but wait: there's more. The US also supported Saddam's invasion (hundreds of thousands dead, millions of refugees) and shot down an Iranian civilian airliner.
We have the luxury of forgetting/denying these crimes, but the people of Iran cannot forget.

Glen's Being Kind To McCain
[Read the article: Journalists, McCain and the false Iran/al-Qaida link]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Someone else probably made this point already, but let's all remember that saying McCain has gawd-awful national security judgement is the most charitable interpretation possible. Equally plausible is that McCain knows Mid-East wars make us less safe, but simply places a higher priority on controlling the world's oil.
We can't read McCain's mind so we'll never know, and it's beyond the scope of Glen's post anyway (two reasons I assume Glen left it out) but it's worth mentioning.

Glenzilla v. Ana Marie Cox
[Read the article: Book news and media campaign coverage]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]This poor woman by her own admission does not belong in this discussion with Glen Greenwald.
Also, if McCain had referred to the LA Dodgers as the Brooklyn Dodgers 4 times in a row, the pundits would have eaten him alive.

Kristol HAS Sacrificed
[Read the article: Bill Kristol, great man of sacrifice, on the duties of Passover]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]As Glenn chronicles on a weekly basis, people like Kristol have made tremendous sacrifices in their own minds. They feel persecuted; public opinion has turned against them, so they have awkward moments at cocktail parties now. Yet still they sally forth.

That's no blogger, that's Glenzilla
[Read the article: Obama's support for the FISA "compromise"]
[Read more letters about this article: Here]Everybody see Glenn in Time?
